I checked no on was the personal helpful because there was no one there. Dropped off on a Sunday. Closed all day. You might want to explain to your customer that just because a location is closed all day still means you have to return the trailer before the contracted time. My fault, but I thought that closed meant no one was there and you could drop whenever you wanted because there was no one there to check it in and receive it. I believe I was charged for an extra day.

I called last minute to see about renting a U-Haul to help a friend move, it was 15 minutes before closing. The person that helped me did not act put out that I was calling last minute, actually was incredibly welcoming & said yes, no problem we can get you taken care of if you want to come on up. I called them back few minutes later after checking w/ the friend moving & again the clerk was super nice. Said come on up well get you taken care of. I was in and out in under 10min. …. It was now after close when I was getting in the truck but the clerk saw me trying to figure out how to adjust the side mirror. After realizing it takes an allen wrench he ran back inside and got one and adjusted it for me. I can not say enough kind things about the clerk that helped me & the truck was super clean & ran great. I will definitely recommend this location.

Solely for being a very far drop-off location from my condo, I will not recommend this location. 15 miles away...then I had to pay for two extra miles....then a $30 Uber ride back to my condo. 32931 needs closer dropoff location than Merritt Island.

JAMES PThis location did not do their job and finish out my rental on time. I turned in my rental on time and was charged two days worth of late fees because the workers at this location failed to close out my contract. I will definitely not be using this location or uhaul again.
