Untrained staff led to long checkout time (over 1hr) unable to provide accessories ordered. Did not check the truck in on return. Got billed for items I did not receive. Fraudulent fuel level report put me on the hook for 9 gallons of fuel for 20 miles of service.

Battery did not work in car. We had to purchase jumper cables before we left Kansas City. When getting to this location I called customer service and they were extremely unhelpful and rude.
Kevin M.No one was ever there, all the place is locked up and this is during their published working hours. I called the phone number on their door and billboard and no one answered and it went to a completely different number asking to leave a voice mail. It was weird and creepy. I won't return to this location.
David W.Windshield inside was dirty. Had to stop and clean the inside windshield when driving into the sun. Not sure if Uhaul has a policy on cleaning the inside of the windshield. I don't fault the manager who was very helpful.
