The location is new to U-Haul rental therefore I do not blame them for the service. & Michael was very apologetic and offered to assist in resolving the she HOWEVER this is the worse experience I have ever had with U-Haul. The gas was below quarter tank, they did not have a dolly that I prepaid for and I have drive over 20 miles one way to her a dolly from a family member. I honestly feel that my service should have been completely discontinued.
