They had no idea I was coming and said I believe you came to the wrong address. I always had U-Haul on a pedestal but not anymore.

Philip TThe Thomasboro Rd location is the way to go. It was so easy, the vehicles and location are clean and well-maintained, and the gentleman that is in charge there- (I'm sorry, I forgot his name!) is friendly and professional. All in all, just about all you could ask for when starting a long distance move - or local one, for that matter. I have rented more moving vans and trucks than I care to remember, but this experience was stress-free. Thomasboro Rd is the way to go.

Richard MThe office was closed so I wasn't able to check in with a person. I didn't know to use the cell phone app to check out so I missed posting pictures of the truck. I do have them on my phone if needed. The truck has a bit more gas in it than when I picked it up based on the gas gauge. I had to leave 12 blankets in an unlocked truck bed. This is why I ranked this location below average.

SCOTT BUHaul's equipment was non compatible with my required use although their website said it was..... Wasted time and $..... Furthermore the rachet straps were rusted and nearly impossible to use IF I could have use them. I pointed out to the guy when picking up that the trailer center rails were beat down for clearance by a prior user .....and I photographed. This was the only transport available and just tired, abused junk not like a newer transport trailer. I called twice got corporate that offered absolutely no help......returned 5 min after they closed and left it out front.... No call back yet as requested. This is likely a returned rental not gone through nor cleaned or inspected prior to my rental as evidenced my dirt and stones all over the deck. I wasn't looking for pretty but not even being able to use it was ridiculous..... Impossible to load my vehicle and if loaded likely impossible to secure it! This location is usually excellent and likely still is but this experience was not good.
