For all intents and purposes. I would like my review to remain anonymous because this location of pick up scares me. This establishment is not one I would consider at the level of U-Haul. This place was a bar lounge. There was no front office to attend us in picking up our rental. There was not a U-Haul sign anywhere. My mom and I had to go into this gross bar riddled with drunk people and couldn’t find anyone to help us. It wasn’t until we were leaving this guy comes stumbling out with his iPhone to help us with our reservation. First of all he couldn’t find my reservation which was his mistake because I had made it the day prior. I have the email from U-Haul with my reservation link. Second of all I showed him SEVERAL times the location drop off. He still got the drop off location wrong so I didn’t realize until we finished an entire day of moving he had placed the wrong drop off location. Overall. This was not a pleasant experience. He gave me the truck with 15 miles on it and told ME to fill it up. I sincerely believe U-Haul needs to investigate this place that supposedly has your trucks and trailers. It is not a good look for the business of U-Haul

First of all it is a BAR, the person who attends makes you wait about 30 minutes, apart from that they gave me a van that was not, and above all they added insurance without requesting it, in the end they give you the van and they do not give you any document.

The business hours listed for this location need to be updated. The posted opening time says 9:00 AM, but the location was not open when I arrived to pick up the truck.

Me entregaron el tanque vacio llame al supervisor y me dijo que no había problema le puse 25 dólares de gasolina y encima me cobran 6 galones casi 35 dólares mas. Es una falta de respeto

I had an outstanding experience with this U-Haul location. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of customer service truly stood out. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and everything was handled efficiently, allowing me to get on the road quickly. I especially appreciated how safe and well-organized the location was, I felt completely comfortable arriving and leaving with my rental. This was, without a doubt, the best U-Haul service I’ve received. As someone who rents frequently, I can confidently say this location sets a high standard for professionalism and customer care. Highly recommended.
