I submitted my reservation online where it quoted me 1.09 per km. I reserved a 26ft truck to be able to do everything in one move. I received a call stating the truck wasn't available at the location, but no worries because there was one just 2km away! I was then called day of the reservation to say the truck was no longer available... But no worries because they'd give me a preferred rate since I'd need to make more trips. Arrive to pick up truck and the preferred rate is... 1.09! Apparently I should have been told that by the rebooking person that in doing so I would be paying a higher km rate... So I should consider myself lucky I'm now paying the original rate (just, you know, for twice the km). The help I was offered? Sorry bro, can't do anything but cancel. I'll be submitting a complaint to the corporate office and to the better business bureau to see about getting the extra kms I had to use refunded ... Wish me luck!

Short notice my other rental did not work out, the staff at this location were so helpful and made my stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I am so grateful for the help I received today.

The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful in making sure I had the right trailer for my needs. Everything was clearly explained, and I was in and out in no time. I tried my hardest to get to your location before 4pm. My only complaint was that I had to go to the cycle shop next door, because I arrived shortly after closing hours, for assistance getting the trailer off of my ball hitch as there was no trailer jack. The men even commented how heavy it was to lift off…

Just the tie straps on the car dolley need replacing bad. The one side was very frayed and I did mention it when we returned it. Everything else was great and speedy staff.

The truck came with 1/4 gas which is weird and invonvienant . Start at full. Return full. The truck was also covered in snow and ice, which we had to clear ourselves. Additionally, the day before my daughter went to buy boxes, the debit was down so she was told to Etransfer she did then the employee shut down the store and she had no boxes and had transferred the money
