6’ x 12’ trailers do not have a hitch jack. For renters unable to lift the trailer onto the hitch this can be an problem. This is especially true if the trailer needs to be unhitched after it is loaded. Fortunately the location was able to hitch up the trailer but the gal at the drop off location could not and had to search for help. Other than this issue everything worked well.
