The guy at the desk made it feel like it’s just a job. But maybe he was having a bad day or got bad news I don’t know and don’t want him in trouble but lighten up a little wouldn’t hurt

Increase staffing levels. I arrived at location opening and it took 1 hour to get trailer. One person is inadequate. Trailer had a broken front right tie-down point which would have been preferential for motorcycle use.

Madeline FA $107 trip turned into a $350 trip. I was not notified that by extending my trip an extra day that the price of klms would double. I was told it would be $37 that turned into $199. I will NEVER use Uhaul again.
