The staff was awesome it was crazy busy that morning she was working alone which I thought was quite unfair to her and because it only her working and so busy it took us an hour to get the cargo van we pre-booked. This location is obviously a popular one and to only staff it with 1 person to do all the work is terrible. I suggest having 2 staff on for at least the first 4 hours in the am. The cargo van cab was dirty and stunk like farm animals had been in it.

(It would be helpful for her to have some help on a busy Saturday, though! She was flying around like superman, but she’s only one person!). Definitely, top notch service! Highly recommended. The U-Haul app could use a bit of tweaking, though. I saw several people trying to use it to make check-in faster, and generally having some glitches, myself included.

Leslie BArrived at 345pm. Tried to find a parking spot for the trailer without blocking pump access and following the no parking here signs posted everywhere so I could return the trailer. I tried calling but no answer, sign on the door says open to 4pm but their was no one around/gate locked up. So now I get a penalty because they have rediculous hours that they do not follow anyways.

Donald N6’ x 12’ trailers do not have a hitch jack. For renters unable to lift the trailer onto the hitch this can be an problem. This is especially true if the trailer needs to be unhitched after it is loaded. Fortunately the location was able to hitch up the trailer but the gal at the drop off location could not and had to search for help. Other than this issue everything worked well.

Tanner LI actually a rather unsettling experience with this rental.. I booked at one site..got a call to go to another site...not my first choice but close enough.. When I arrived to get the truck, I had to go searching for someone.. found him in the car wash bay. Said I was here to pick up my truck. He said "No you're not!".. I said.." Ummm.. actually, yes I am.." Again with the No you're Not! ..I was getting a bit concerned.. I had someone waiting to help me move some large items and I was on a schedule.. This was wierd.. Eventually, he told me that his system was down and he was unable to rent me the truck and that I should go to the East Lake location.. Which was the one I wanted to begin with. Not sure why I was sent to the Car Wash location.. It is a very busy place. Limited space to leave my vehicle..owner is not pleasant.. Glad I didn't end up renting from there.. Asswani at East Lake was fabulous! Polite, respectful and accomodating given no advanced warning, although there was a young man named Muhammed that said he was aware of the Car Wash guy having issues.. Got my truck. Parked my car safely. Did my move and was back in a couple hours. Asswani came out to the lots to meet me and ensure everything went well and I got my invoice. Still not sure why I didn't get a "heads up" about the Car wash location having issues.. my time slot was noon..lots of time to contact me and save me from that awful experience.. he was clearly very unhappy about his system being down.. But to be told..No you're Not! When I am there to pick up a booked truck was quite disconcerting.. He could have advised me to go to East Lake as he was having technical issues.. I repeat..this was 11:30 in the morning..there was plenty of time to have dealt with a booked customer.. He was cleaning the grates in the car wash bay when I got there.. Some places should not be UHaul Rental Outlets.. customers depend on these people to provide a service that we book in advance. There are many moving parts to times where your products are involved..we need to be able to trust that products and services will be delivered..things happen, I get that..but you are a large company and there is no reason I should have to have dealt with this guy.. This location didn't have all tye blankets in ordered and didn't think that was an issue, even though i was transfer3d tonthis faster away location due to shortages for my order. Vehicle was dirty and damaged. Vehicle was not full of gas.

Abiola OVan ran good and accomplished what it was needed for. AC was hit and miss with working, and tire pressure monitor warning light was on and would flash intermittently which caused constant checks to make sure tire was not going flat. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful during pick up and drop off. Might be a good idea to have a second staff member working on weekends as solo person was run off their feet with pick ups and drop offs.
