The attendant did not give me the option of clearing my account with my debit card, even though Uhaul website clearly states that it was an option. I had no problem with providing my credit card to hold the account, but I was flat out told using debit to pay was not an option.
David MMore honest and upfront pricing. Please inform people of the pay per mileage when booking so they can plan accordingly. Also could I have submitted my id ahead of time to speed things up on the day

Mary-Ann NThey gave me the tank of gas with an X amount, I returned it to them with a greater quantity than I had and they told me that they could not return that money to me, however if I return the car to them with less gasoline than they gave me, they would charge me for gasoline, I think it is a great business for them. Additionally, I think that there are better options on the market that are a little fairer, I think that we are not in a time where you can give away the money and people can tell you to your face that they cannot return it to you, the question in question would be, do you have a method to calculate when you are missing gasoline in the Tank, but you do not have a method to calculate how much more is in the Tank to return the money to your clients?

Gertrude OUNFORTUNATELY THE TRAILER WAS DIRTY AND HAD A LOW TIRE THAT WENT FLAT PART WAY THROUGH OUR JOURNEY.
Glen PWe arrived at 3:50pm on Saturday to return the truck in person. The hours stated open until 4pm. Upon arrival, no employees were there and a sign was on the gate stating be back soon. At 3:54pm we called the number on the sign, to which the employee advised us that because there were "no customers" he closed and left for the day. I requested he return to the place of business as the hours are still open, and there were 3-4 of us waiting to do an in person return, and he refused claiming that I was "not listening to him" and that he was not returning at all. This is absolutely disgusting behavior by an employee, especially when they are responsible for maintaining your business hours with customers waiting on site to be served. I will never be using the service again after this.
Jamie LVery professional agent helped me to pick up my U-Haul. The packing pads were clean and folded ready for me. The vehicle was also clean and the data printed was matched with the milage and fuel level on the truck.

Mercedes HNot sure why I wasn't able to drop off in Fort Saskatchewan. Had to drop back off in Sherwood Park. Would have been more convenient for me to drop off in Fort Saskatchewan. Location could use some better signage. It was a little tricky finding the shop in the morning when I was picking up the truck. Overall it was a good experience and I was happy with the truck. No surprises when the final receipt came. Generally happy with the experience.
Daniel DCalled repeatedly to get status of rental, no call the day before to confirm, waited at the location at opening and no-one there, no-one answering calls at the number placed on the sign at the door. Finally someone showed up and I was able to get the trailer. It was uncleaned and the floor had a spill by the last customer I would guess.

Randy SRented an auto hauler trailer. Check in was quick and easy, and the agent helped me get hitched up and did a pre-trip safety check. Equipment performed flawlessly.
Gerald BOnly tough part was I ordered 6 moving blankets and the unit did not have any. We had some blankets and could make it work, however service was easy and quick, website is great to work with and the value is well worth it VS the cost of movers. Thank you!!

Hal SThere is never someone to answer the phone. For days on end you can't leave a voicemail because their mailbox is full. At least listen to your messages, then ignore to answer if you want to. At least do the first step to make it look like you care.

Janice LOnline contactless check in was very inconvenient and took way longer than expected. Would never use it again. Estimate for price was way off and ended up being more than double when receiving the actual invoice. Not receiving the truck at full gas was unprofessional. While we were only expected to have it filled to the same level-who knows when the truck is 7/16s full. Make it like a normal rental and return it full-your located in a gas station, its not rocket science to return it filled. Overall, unimpressed and will not use U-Haul in the future.
Paul MMy first truck was unsafe, check engine light and broken passenger mirror, so maintenance needs to be improved. Both trucks were frozen snow and ice covered so you should have the trucks ready for customers, customers should not have to clear the snow and ice off the trucks.

JENNIFER MUhaul staffs were excellent and very professional. They are way above in customer service skills than other uhaul branches in Edmonton. There are nearer uhaul branch in my area but now I found a better one here, would recommend to my friends as well.
Jake Vthis is the only place in town. would recommend using 50 st the hours are 9-2 in SP trying to get service is terrible once you get a truck the trucks are clean watch for the add on service fees for "stuff' not needed as they get added on at the beginning and then the end at check out

Lyndsay FTell people when reserving a trailer that they need to provide their own hitch. When reserving on the phone there was nothing said about supplying own hitch. I thought that would have been included or could rent one but I had to buy one.
