The drivers door would not close properly on the truck and I nearly got in an accident when it opened on the freeway. You must put in cruise control for longer distance driving. The gentleman at the location is an exceptional employee.. kind and very good at his job

Booked a truck close to my house because it showed as available and received a reservation. Truck wasn't at the location at the reservation pick up time and was told it was at another location far away. Wouldn't refund the added kms outside of my reservation.
Lee SThe instructions were unclear and resulted in 30 minutes of wasted time. When I arrived at Cold Shot, no one was there. There is a phone number to call. It goes directly to voicemail and requires you to provide a number in order to leave a voicemail. You cannot contact anyone directly. The app didn't work either, resulting in a delay leaving, and returning the vehicle. The vehicle itself was good. The experience was frustrating.

ADRIAN EThe equipment was clean but the engine lite was on so we exchanged for another unit and the engine light was also on so we informed the booking agent and he said to use the unit anyway and we had no issues for the day. The agent was very helpful and courteous
