I was “banned” from renting because apparently I owed $6. We went through the entire rental process, I even tapped my card to pay. Then the screen says I’m banned… call “xxx-xxx-xxxx to resolve issue” 25 mins on hold later and I’m told it’s because I owed $6. Why did I owe $6? No clue, you guys never even reached out after the previous rental asking for the $6. That extra time on the phone completely fucked my day. Over $6…. Insanity.

ALBERT SLocation hours could be extended. Staff was great for the pickup, but no one was there for the drop off.
