The checkout process through the phone app is the WORST! That should have been done when I reserved the truck using the website. Why do you ned to contact someone else when we are picking up the truck? We would not answer a call from an unknown number. I was very tempted to call our credit card company and tell them to deny your charge. Then when you called about it, tell you to go outside in 100 degree weather and discuss things for an hour, which is how long it took us to get the truck. We are never going yo rent a truck again using that process.
Stan BThe uhaul was horribly dirty, it had blue glitter and paint all over it that we really couldn't get off and it got all over all of our stuff. Also, when we arrived the truck was barricaded in by multiple trailers and we couldn't get it out. We had to call them after hours and wait a long time for someone to show up and move the trailers to let us get it out.

DALLAS LDoor was extremely hard to close with no handle to grip to assist in closing, I had to push on the locking mechanism to try and close. Driver's side had two different sized tires. It's a trailer that should be retired!

Carter DI delivered my cargo trailer at 9 PM Monday night night.Not seven thirty three tuesday morning. There was not anyone at the facility to receive the cargo trailer. I was told just to leave it part and take pictures. I do not feel as though I should be charged.The extra $45 because it was.Yall's mistake that I missed my return home window.
