Jose SWe didn’t get a lock or otherwise recommend one. We had to figure that out. We were taking a toll road where you can go 80 mph but the truck would not do it or could not. Other U-Haul was passing us.

Carter DI delivered my cargo trailer at 9 PM Monday night night.Not seven thirty three tuesday morning. There was not anyone at the facility to receive the cargo trailer. I was told just to leave it part and take pictures. I do not feel as though I should be charged.The extra $45 because it was.Yall's mistake that I missed my return home window.

They made sure that the equipment I rented was clean and I had everything that I needed to make the move as easy on me as possible. They even made sure that the mirrors were adjusted to my percise heigth so I would be safe to drive. I would highly recommmend this location. The rental was easy to return and the pick up was smooth and quick with everything I needed onsite. Thank you for your help and will defintly use your location in the future.
Patricia MDrop off was in a dark parking lot and the key return box was busted open so we had to wait till they opened the next morning to hand the key to them.

JASON GTruck smelled like weed. Signage on truck door states, "Seats 3", but only 2 seats in cab. (?) Truck was free from dirt and debris. Would rent again.

MARY BDrop off was interesting. There seemed to be no organization to the facility. We arrived 2 minutes after closing, and there was no one there. It would have been helpful to have self-check-in instructs posted, or at least a message saying to self- check in equipment after hours.

Mary TThe truck was picked up and the inside did not seem to have been swept. The upper portion of siding in the truck may have been loose or not properly sealed. The drive was +1,000 miles and there was plenty of dust inside the truck covering items even though the truck was swept prior to loading.
