Very clean location I helped the new UHAUL business worker with providing better customer service than the pickup location by reminding him the inspect the engine also after a customer processes a drop off. I stopped at the location and let him know that the engine light was on when I processed the early drop-off at his location. I told him that he should call maintenance/mechanic to fix before reserving for another pick up. He had already put the U-Haul in the system for customers to reserved. The worker removed the keys from a pickup location box; I asked him to start the truck. I showed him where the engine indicator light was located on the dashboard and this means that the engine needs to be serviced. He said thank you and when I left, he was calling UHAUL to give him further instructions.
