Annie FThe keys were not available in the lock box for a 9:00 pick up. I had to wait for the location to open and then it took 40 minutes to get the keys. The agent complained several times about having to do uhaul and insisted that I move away from the counter and sit 20’ away. I have since moved my uhaul business to Country Kitchens in Southampton and have been very pleased. They are very nice and very professional.
David ERegional business manager made repeated mistakes. Had to use the 800 number to resolve. Heard from another customer and the store agent there are problems EVERY SINGLE TIME at this location due to the Regional manager who is remote.

Leslie SThe process takes way too long. I have a corp. account. Even though I do everything with an agent on the phone including a confirmation number it all has to be done again at the pick up location. Often the person at the location is not trained in uhaul rentals. I end up on the phone with another person at a different location using the uhaul app to re-apply for a rental. This took 3 attempts using 3 different links sent to my phone while I was at the location. After 30 minutes we were finally able to scan and send the license pictures. I rent several times a year and this is very frustrating. The people at the location are very nice but need training if they are representing U-Haul. And yes, this does happen almost every time.

CONSUELO LMy experience was excellent from the moment that I booked the uhaul on my phone to when I dropped it off. Super easy!! I liked how I could handle all of the pre registration on my phone. The whole interface for check in was well done!!!
