I was over charged by a day. More an issue of the online service, not this location. Then when I called (dozens of times) to straighten out the charge, no service representative was EVER available to help me. Again this is an issue with the regional service not this specific location.Pamela G.

Reservation was moved from a different location to this one. This location was not prepared to fulfill my reservation. They did not have sufficient furniture pads, and they did not have the correct hand-cart dolly, they gave me an appliance dolly instead which was not helpful for me. This location also did not have the truck immediately available upon my reservation time of 11:00AM.Ryan Y.

I did not get my truck at the requested location and when I had to drive 40 min for another truck , the hand truck and blankets ordered where not there. My move did not go well as a consequence. And I got charged for the extra miles due to be moved to a different location.DAVIDAARON S.

The location (54 Montauk) actually has no trucks. Going there and then being redirected to their other location in Bridgehampton (where the man took close to 30 minutes to check us in) added a full hour to what was otherwise a 3 hour move. I had 4 men waiting so the cost of the delay was not insignificant. And then they didn't have some of the equipment I had ordered (aggravating because we could have gone to Home Depot the previous night). And then they had to check the truck to make sure it was presentable... so basically - they were completely unprepared. The folks at Colette offered one dollar off per mile as compensation - but we weren't going far so the offer was meaningless. I'm sure they are nice people but it was a 3 out of 10 in terms of an experienceALEJANDROA D.
