leonerd zTruck engine rattled a bit at times. Driver's side knob kept coming off trying to roll the window down. Truck was very clean. Used mileage was off by 4 miles. $0.79/mile, not a lot of money, but the principle. Collins Tires were great!!
joanne hBag of blankets hanging on the wall in the rear of the truck, and the hand truck bracket got in the road of forklift driver trying to load pallets. Poor choice of location for both of these. What's bad is the fact that I did not want/need either of these items. I just wanted a truck to rent with no accessories.

janice sI tried to use the 24/7 check in & return but it would not work with my android phone. Downloaded the app as recommended by Uhaul customer service but still couldn't receive the verification codes to access my account/vehicle. If it wasn't for the excellent help of the Collins Tire personnel I never would have been able to use the truck. Thankfully, direct contact with a person still exists at this location as well as fantastic customer service. The 24/7 mobile check in is useless for android phone users. Uhaul needs to realize the world doesn't revolve around iphones. If you are going to offer mobile 24/7 services then make sure that works for all mobile devices.

Alexis RI ask and Pais to rent the truck for 1 day. For some reason the message I got said the truck had to be returned in 6 hours. On the highway the truck wobbled and shook very bad and made me uncomfortable driving it. It seemed to have some sort of issue that I questioned it even being safe to drive. I had 2 young children riding with me that made the situation worse. It's good it was just a local move. That truck would not be suitable on a longer haul.
