This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. Not only was the service rude for trying to acquire the keys to the truck but there was human poop in the truck. I couldn't even inspect the truck because of the homeless man sleeping behind it. This is beyond unacceptable.Reks M.
This was my first time doing the online (no counter person) reservation. The process was a little confusing and I was expecting a real person to help me. However, the truck was available hours before the usual UHaul stores were open. I am grateful for that. I am also grateful that the gas station attendant was VERY calm and helpfulâ€¦because I was exhausted and overwhelmed. She was able to get help over the phone for me to help get through the online process. The truck was clean and smelled nice. I'll do better next time, now that I know what to expect.Gabrielle S.
This location, Colma Gas and Food in Rancho Cordova was unusual, as it was through a gas station. There was no Uhaul representative on-site. Upon arriving, the gas station clerk had me call the Uhaul representative and do the whole transaction over the phone. I had to verbally state my credit card number aloud, and over the phone to an unknown Uhaul representative. This was very uncomfortable. Upon completing the transaction, I was given direction to walk through the storage closet of the gas station to grab a dolly and blankets. The person on the phone also over charged me and I had to have the drop off location rectify this. I do not recommend this Colma Gas location.Edward R.

Inform drivers where a drop box for the keys is located at the store where the truck will be returned so the keys don't have to be left in the truck when the door is locked.Jean F.

Pick up was fine. Drop off was not good. Location is not a standard uHaul location. It is also a gas station and it did not have any signs that it was a uhaul drop off location.Kao C.

The equipment I needed was not with the vehicle and it was a hassle to do it by phone but I will still use UhaulWilliam S.
They charge me for furniture pads and utility dolly, but I but i never got this service. They told me that furniture pads is not available, ok, but why u charge me? All procedure u must do by the phone - which they will give you. Seriously? 2021 outside. Not good experience.Denys I.
Give them no reason to seek legal help, that is what I am doing. Bad tire, windshields wires, dirty inside truck, steering wheel with so must play in it that it was all over the road. This truck should have gone on a 500 miles journey. It was not safe to not only drive in Elk Grove, not going to San Diego. You will be hearing more from me.Thomas T.
Attendant inside station was not wearing a mask. The U-Haul representative John was not present at the location, he called us after we arrived. He was very helpful and nice, got the contract started over the phone. Lockbox is a bit tricky, they might want to put a different kind of lock there that doesn't require so much finangling.Niraj S.
