the truck was very dirty in the driver's cabin and inside the truck, I had to clean it, the truck had no dolly I paid and had to go in two different places to get the dolly I had paid, the attendant at the place was very rude, I am completely unsatisfied with the rental of this uhal, because I spent my miles having to pick up the dolly in another location, that is an unacceptable thing, and even then uhall charged me for their mistake, I spent almost 7 miles going from side to side like a dizzy cockroach, I was disappointed with the treatment I received, because I even made a complaint at the call center.
