At first the rep did want to take my card said they done use that type of card then he could find the U-Haul truck keys then when he did I get the keys and he told me I could leave never had me take any pictures no nothing I was gone in the truck about an hour maybe a little more but I was charge for a 170 miles I didn’t use when I only used 25. I was back well before the time he put on my paperwork and I never got an email after I returned the truck until Monday when I rented the truck on Saturday never again will I use this location

Adaljisa Pthe truck was very dirty in the driver's cabin and inside the truck, I had to clean it, the truck had no dolly I paid and had to go in two different places to get the dolly I had paid, the attendant at the place was very rude, I am completely unsatisfied with the rental of this uhal, because I spent my miles having to pick up the dolly in another location, that is an unacceptable thing, and even then uhall charged me for their mistake, I spent almost 7 miles going from side to side like a dizzy cockroach, I was disappointed with the treatment I received, because I even made a complaint at the call center.
