No one was there so I left the key in the slot. I left it on 9/17/2020 at around 11:00 AM. I didn't realize until after I drop the key in the slot that the website checked required proof of mileage and pictures of the interior/exterior. Since I had locked the cab door, I could only take a picture of the drivers seat and area from the outside. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the mileage.JACK JR H.

Special thanks to Nate, who was extremely friendly and helpful from initial phone contact through to turn-in. COMMENT: I gassed up the truck just prior to turn-in, but had trouble filling it all the way. Gas gushed out, so I pulled back the nozzle and gently got more into the tank, but it still wouldn't fill up to the FULL line. I did the best I could.Cathy C.

I only talked once to the Columbia Falls folks. They were very friendly and helpful. My realtor picked up the boxes and loaded them and returned them. Her only reservation was that the Columbia Falls location didn't have the right kind of fork lift and so used more of a farming forklift which created difficulties loading the box. But everything arrived safely and in good condition.etta A.

The agents at this location really worked with me to make sure our goods arrived in a timely manner. There was a disconnect between what the marketing agents had told me about how delivery would work and the reality of how it worked, but the folks at Columbia Falls were responsive and helpful and everything worked out fine in the end.jenniffer M.

The drop off location employee was very personable and extremely helpful. The only issue that I had, was the link to the map for my drop off was 4.9 miles away from the actual drop off. Very confusingâ€¦ I ended up figuring out where to drop it off. You need to adjust your link on your text/ email. Everything else was excellent !DAN A.

The service has been excellent. The delivery of the UBoxes to our property went extremely well. They are most accommodating. Storage of the ones we had to leave there for a while is indoors with access should it be needed. We would definitely recommend the facility in Columbia Falls, Maine.Roy N.
