REFIND FI was straight up lied to by your dispatch coordinator in Maine who may I add was extremely rude and dismissive. I was forced to drop off my Uhaul over 40 min away from my original drop off. I was told this was due to the local drop off being unable to legally take any more due to capacity. I called local Uhaul dealer and they confirmed it to be untrue. I proceeded to explain this to the dispatch manager who then got very upset I was looking further into the matter. You can not force your customers to drop off a trailer over 40min away just so you can maximize profits and make it more economically viable for you’re company. I feel very strongly that I was lied to just so your company could save money and have a better spread. When I asked the dispatch head For the customer complaint number or customer service she refused and insisted she was it then said if I didn’t take the 40min trip each way that I would be charged a ridiculous wrong destination fee. I understand logistics enough to smell when something stinks and I hope the scam you all are running when it comes to drop off locations is exposed because I would bet this happens across the board as a hush-hush in house policy. We all have to deal with the current economy situation not just your company stop taking advantage of good people and shuffle your inventory on your own dime! Thanks Mike W
Michael WAgain Uhaul changed my location request from Columbia to Belfast. Columbia was 13 miles from out location and Belfast 70 miles. I had to make a couple of phone calls to get it switched back to Columbia. Jackie, in scheduling, was very nice and helped me with that. Nate in Columbia was extremely helpful and nice. This experience overall was not a positive one.

MATTHEW ADave, who is not the regular Uhaul contact for this site, did a great job with getting us on the road. He was super helpful getting the car hauler attached, and car loaded up safely.
MARTIN BNo one was there so I left the key in the slot. I left it on 9/17/2020 at around 11:00 AM. I didn't realize until after I drop the key in the slot that the website checked required proof of mileage and pictures of the interior/exterior. Since I had locked the cab door, I could only take a picture of the drivers seat and area from the outside. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the mileage.

Michael WSpecial thanks to Nate, who was extremely friendly and helpful from initial phone contact through to turn-in. COMMENT: I gassed up the truck just prior to turn-in, but had trouble filling it all the way. Gas gushed out, so I pulled back the nozzle and gently got more into the tank, but it still wouldn't fill up to the FULL line. I did the best I could.

Karen KI only talked once to the Columbia Falls folks. They were very friendly and helpful. My realtor picked up the boxes and loaded them and returned them. Her only reservation was that the Columbia Falls location didn’t have the right kind of fork lift and so used more of a farming forklift which created difficulties loading the box. But everything arrived safely and in good condition.
etta aThe agents at this location really worked with me to make sure our goods arrived in a timely manner. There was a disconnect between what the marketing agents had told me about how delivery would work and the reality of how it worked, but the folks at Columbia Falls were responsive and helpful and everything worked out fine in the end.
