Representative stayed on a personal call the entire time I was there. I had to "interrupt" the personal call of the representative multiple times to receive service. Representative was unable to perform his physical duties without customer assistance. Representative was inefficient and needs more training on customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Their hours of operation are perfect for supporting our rental truck needs; to pick up the food at the drop-off point very early on Monday mornings. This agency's location is ideal for the truck's pick-up and drop-off. The personnel are wonderful - always conscientious and helpful in meeting our needs from month to month. And I attribute the success of our church's charitable mission, at least in part to U-Haul's agency & people. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.
Jeffrey TWhen I reserved the car hauler, I was asked what kind of car I was hauling. At no point was I told my particular car would not fit on this trailer properly. It scraped and dragged to get it on. Then I was not able to open my door while on the trailer. I literally had to roll my window down and climb out like BO DUKE and then drive from Tennessee to Texas with my window down. Also, the ratchet straps were in poor condition. I had to stop every 50 or 60 miles and retighten them as they were either loose or sometimes not on the tires at all. I am amazed I didn't lose my car on the trip. THEN when taking my car off of the trailer, because of it not fitting on the trailer well, it caught the front nose of my car and literally ripped it off. I feel if you ask what kind of car you are hauling you should have the information and warn someone that particular cars would be to low profile to load on. Very displeased and now it going to cost me thousands of dollars to replace my front of my car.
ALTON LThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had a confirmed reservation for a trailer, which apparently means absolutely nothing to U-Haul. I was forced to wait 2 and a half HOURS before getting it, making me late for the pickup I had scheduled and completely ruining my plans for the day. I spent hours calling U-Haul — at least six separate times — just trying to get basic answers, and managment waa not able to help. Despite the massive delay and inconvenience, I was offered no discount, no refund, and only an apology. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I had the same type of issue the last time I rented from U-Haul, which shows this company has learned nothing and doesn’t care to improve. Reservations are meaningless, customer time is clearly worthless to them, and the entire operation is disorganized and incompetent. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. I will never use U-Haul again. The location its self was fine but u-haul management was not.

They need to check truck led in on level ground and not screw there customers his English was awful definitely don’t go to this location

JEFFREY TThe staff is very accommodating. There are issues that are beyond their control. Price for mileage really steep $1.19 per mile. Now for the maintenance, I rented JH3514D on the 15th of November, this vehicle needs to be inspected and test driven by a mechanic. Bring a replacement vehicle, because it's going to need some shop time.

MICHAEL JI would like a refund on this rental. 1- shipping blankets not available 2- owner or manager or whatever his title is: Sent me to the trailer to lift the trailer onto my trailer ball. He assisted when I tried several times myself to lift it. 3- there is a leak on the trailer I rented. On the roof. So, it was raining, and the trailer leaked. 4- Just an unprofessional place. The worst UHAUL station I have ever dealt with.

That’s when he came running out yelling I’m in the wrong spot. He took me around the back of this crumbling, delapitated hotel. Junk and garbage everywhere. That’s where I dropped it off.

ROBERT DI’m pretty sure this location was a front for drugs and prostitution. I’m glad my wife wasn’t with me when I picked it up. The trailer had green mildew on the outside and the inside stunk. I had to air it out before loading it. The tires were covered in mud. You couldn’t open the back latch without using a pair of pliers. I had to lube it up. Pitiful.

JEFFREY WEmpty water bottles under seat. Package from a lock under seat. Truck run very poorly would be afraid to drive it any farther than I did. I refused the $30 ins online when I ordered online was forced to take it. That was $60 extra that I could not afford then was told at 11:30 today my card would be refunded $28 well my bank said they requested $26 and 12 hrs later no refund. So no I refuse that location and probably uhaul all together. And that's a shame because I have rented uhaul at least 2 or 3 times a year for many many years under my partner name. But I refuse to be treated this way. Oh and also I reserved a dolly. Got there to find a stupid orange flat thing was waiting on me that I was made to carry to both to and from truck. I weigh 110 5ft 63 yrsvold with cancer but that rude man told me I had to carry it. By the way I paid $14 for it and it never got out of truck. Am very disappointed in uhaul!

No discount, no free tank of gas, nothing for them costing me an hour at a very sketchy location to begin with.

Moe MI just sent an email over to explain in further detail, but the customer service I received at this location is the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul. The man did help me change my reservation to a smaller truck that was unavailable online, but he added insurance to the bill when transferring. When I asked for a refund, as this was not on my original order, the man began screaming at me on the phone stating that I am the one who put the insurance on and when I asked who else I could speak with, he told me to call 1800 uhahl and hung up the phone on me. I will never recommend this location to anyone. The email I sent does include additional details.

With the deliveries from our local food pantry, we'd never be able to transport all of the goods to the church without a reliable U-Haul truck to transport them with. And the agency I work through is on Nashville Highway in Columbia, TN. They have been my Go-To place to rent U-Haul trucks since we began this ministry back in 2020. The staff at this location Always take care of our needs, and they are friendly & professional. I'm thankful, and prefer their customer-centered support with every visit. Thank you U-Haul!!

JOSHUA MSo I returned equipment to this hotel/rental location. 05/29/25 at around 3pm. Bright as day out. Pulled straight in parked got out. Older guy came out took pictures of vehicle, checked the gas as well as the mileage. Everything was ok. As I was getting ready to leave he asked me if I wouldn’t mind parking the trailer I had attached to rear of truck onto the grass hill located next to a trailer that was there already I told I was not comfortable doing it in such small space and refused to move the truck as it had been checked in . The owner stated he didn’t know how to drive I stated I couldn’t do it a second time and apologized. On 6/29 I received an email stating that I was being pursued for damages to this U-Haul trailer reported 05/30 a day after return with hitch completely torn from trailer. False report. After contacting U-Haul rep that contacted me I was informed to get in touch with this location. I called no answer, so I drove down there. Plenty of cameras I asked if I could possibly see the day in question was informed his system didn’t hold that much information due to it now being 07/08/2025. I asked to speak with the guy that checked me in and after asking about specific return he said no it was not damaged. I asked why was it reported I damaged the vehicle he stated he didn’t know what occurred that evening it was dark out???? I asked him to kindly contact U-Haul to let them know that I was not responsible he said he would contact his rep and I have not heard anything yet. Reached out to attorney in which I was informed that I needed to file a dispute immediately. Done today, waiting on results from that. If not in my favor that I would be able to proceed with arbitration hearing next on check list. All in all This business was very dishonest from the jump be aware to take photos for proof.
