Rental agent is always nice, but all 4 trailer tires were low with one only having 10 pounds. I had to stop and take time to air them up. One was still leaking.

Rental agent is very nice, but low tire.
MATTHEW DHonestly, the location is sketchy. I mean, it is a beat-up old hotel that now houses long-term patrons. It is scary to arrive and see the condition. Once I entered the lobby, the man behind the counter showed me where they kept the U-Haul trailers, which were behind the second building. The man was hesitant to hook up the trailer for me, insisting he was teaching me how to do it in case I had to hook and unhook it myself. He talked me through it as he did the attaching. All in all the experience was positive.
MARIA EWhenever I need to rent any kind of uhaul equipment. This is the only place I will go. Even though I live in Lewisburg and there's quite a few closer locations I drive out of the way to use this location due to the nice people that run the motel

DANIEL RI'm REALLY Grateful to this U-Haul agency, here in Columbia, TN. Recently I rented a truck from U-Haul, and was going to pick it up/drop it off at this location. But the U-Haul traffic control department changed the location to another agency that wouldn't be open on Sunday. So when picking up the truck, I'd have to do it through the company app. That's no big deal, but it usually does take longer to accomplish this, than dealing with a person. The man at this agency called U-Haul to see if he could return my rental to his location. U-Haul approved the change, and I went back to 2801 Highway 31 for my vehicle transaction. The customer service at this location is EXCELLENT!! I'm Always glad to do business with them, and have a great relationship with this business. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.

WILLIAM BThis U-Haul location has been a key supporter in our church's monthly food giveaway, here in Columbia, TN. The partnership we've had with the U-Haul agency has provided the source of transportation of our food pickup at the drop-off location, and hauling to the church, for distribution. We've always depended on this location, due to their hours of operation on Sunday, allowing us to have a truck very early on Monday morning, when we needed to load the incoming food. Our operation certainly wouldn't be possible, without the U-Haul agency's help from Nashville Highway 31. I'd heartily recommend this location to anyone.
Jeffrey TThe drop off was at a run down motel. Then the owner wanted me to back in the trailer and truck. I’ve never had to do this! The location was extremely difficult to get in and out of due to traffic. Uhaul is not the same now. Just anyone can have a location and service is gone.
Melissa PIt seemed like a shady place to pick up a truck, and I made sure to have someone stay with me the entire time because I felt uneasy being there alone. The truck was also dirty when I picked it up. I had to sweep out a ton of dirt and other miscellaneous things before we even started loading our items.
Danielle BRepresentative stayed on a personal call the entire time I was there. I had to "interrupt" the personal call of the representative multiple times to receive service. Representative was unable to perform his physical duties without customer assistance. Representative was inefficient and needs more training on customer service. Very disappointing experience.

Their hours of operation are perfect for supporting our rental truck needs; to pick up the food at the drop-off point very early on Monday mornings. This agency's location is ideal for the truck's pick-up and drop-off. The personnel are wonderful - always conscientious and helpful in meeting our needs from month to month. And I attribute the success of our church's charitable mission, at least in part to U-Haul's agency & people. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone.
Jeffrey TWhen I reserved the car hauler, I was asked what kind of car I was hauling. At no point was I told my particular car would not fit on this trailer properly. It scraped and dragged to get it on. Then I was not able to open my door while on the trailer. I literally had to roll my window down and climb out like BO DUKE and then drive from Tennessee to Texas with my window down. Also, the ratchet straps were in poor condition. I had to stop every 50 or 60 miles and retighten them as they were either loose or sometimes not on the tires at all. I am amazed I didn't lose my car on the trip. THEN when taking my car off of the trailer, because of it not fitting on the trailer well, it caught the front nose of my car and literally ripped it off. I feel if you ask what kind of car you are hauling you should have the information and warn someone that particular cars would be to low profile to load on. Very displeased and now it going to cost me thousands of dollars to replace my front of my car.
ALTON LThis was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had a confirmed reservation for a trailer, which apparently means absolutely nothing to U-Haul. I was forced to wait 2 and a half HOURS before getting it, making me late for the pickup I had scheduled and completely ruining my plans for the day. I spent hours calling U-Haul — at least six separate times — just trying to get basic answers, and managment waa not able to help. Despite the massive delay and inconvenience, I was offered no discount, no refund, and only an apology. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I had the same type of issue the last time I rented from U-Haul, which shows this company has learned nothing and doesn’t care to improve. Reservations are meaningless, customer time is clearly worthless to them, and the entire operation is disorganized and incompetent. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. I will never use U-Haul again. The location its self was fine but u-haul management was not.

They need to check truck led in on level ground and not screw there customers his English was awful definitely don’t go to this location

JEFFREY TThe staff is very accommodating. There are issues that are beyond their control. Price for mileage really steep $1.19 per mile. Now for the maintenance, I rented JH3514D on the 15th of November, this vehicle needs to be inspected and test driven by a mechanic. Bring a replacement vehicle, because it's going to need some shop time.

MICHAEL JI would like a refund on this rental. 1- shipping blankets not available 2- owner or manager or whatever his title is: Sent me to the trailer to lift the trailer onto my trailer ball. He assisted when I tried several times myself to lift it. 3- there is a leak on the trailer I rented. On the roof. So, it was raining, and the trailer leaked. 4- Just an unprofessional place. The worst UHAUL station I have ever dealt with.

DERRICK DHad a very hard time finding it. When I went inside to get help to unhitch it, the guy took so long so I started parking it next to other U-Haul. That’s when he came running out yelling I’m in the wrong spot. He took me around the back of this crumbling, delapitated hotel. Junk and garbage everywhere. That’s where I dropped it off.

ROBERT DI’m pretty sure this location was a front for drugs and prostitution. I’m glad my wife wasn’t with me when I picked it up. The trailer had green mildew on the outside and the inside stunk. I had to air it out before loading it. The tires were covered in mud. You couldn’t open the back latch without using a pair of pliers. I had to lube it up. Pitiful.
