There were hidden fees and I was charged $12 for less than a gallon of gas. The rental should have been around $100 total and I was charge $147. That is not OK. I won't be using uhaul again.David P.

I am not sure if it is location dependent, but our most recent UHaul was not equipped with an EZ pass. I feel like all trucks should have an electronic toll pass for convenience.Summer K.

Side door of the cargo van would not open, although a few times on the highway it opened on its own and we had to pull over. This made loading and unloading very difficult, and made it very unsafe of the road. Luckily we had not placed any small items by the side door since it would not open, otherwise things would have fallen out on the road. Very dangerous.Karen H.

I was asked to pay more money for fuel after I returned the truck with the amount of fuel that I was on the truck at the time of my rental. I was not shown the level of the fuel by your agent at the time of the rental, because of this reason I am given the location poor. Thanks.EVANS M.

There is some type of bee hive on or near the house. Bees everywhere when try to get to the key box. Really need to take care of the bee situation or move the boxes so they are not near the bees.Michael P.

The location was great but my problem was with the APP. I set up my details in advance but they were not saved to the app. And the APP requires wifi which was not available in this large lot off a highway. It was very frustrating to try and get connected to the internet to complete the sign up for the truck.Cathy L.

Terrible. This is the second time you changed my preferred pick up location! This time the lady at the place had to come out to help me lift it onto my hitch! It is getting harder and harder to rent from U-HAUL!Edward P.

Columbia Self Storage was great. The only down fall I had was with Uhaul Rentals online. After reserving a trailer at a location for pick up at 7am. My location for pick up changed 3 times. From 7am that I needed to pick up the trailer Uhaul sent my reservation to a location that opened at 9:30am delaying my day and after I called the local rep, I was told Uhaul is a company that moves things thats why the trailer was not available for my time of pick up or location. I think that was not a good answer because I had to move things also at a certain time.Angel J.

I felt bad dropping the vehicle off at this location as I knew they were simply inheriting the issue created by other irresponsible location in Medford, NY. The person at reception was very nice and understanding of the position we were put in. They noted that they would be contacting their area management to help sent feedback to the NY location. Thank you, Columbia Self Storage. You are a far better example of Uhaul than even the official Uhaul location we had picked up from.Linda B.
The equipment is advertised on the website should be available to the customer when he/she showed up to pick it up. Appliance dolly wasn't available for me. I chose not to add â€œSafe Moveâ€, and was still charged for it. The back on the truck was dirty, however before I left, the service rep told me to make sure it was clean at the time to drop it off (what a joke)andres F.
