My answer for "Were the personnel helpful?" should really be N/A as there didn't appear to be anyone focused on U-Haul returns at the time of my return (roughly 5:30pm on a Sunday). I did hear voices from an out-building in the back, but never saw anyone (didn't really expect to). This was a so-so spot for a return . . . and a bit confusing for an after hours return for sure. I could find the drop box at the front of the building without too much trouble, but it was somewhat unclear where the truck should be parked in the grassy lot with all sorts of stuff in at along with only 2 or 3 U-Haul trucks. It's possible it's better for a return during business hours where someone can provide guidance on where the truck should be parked, but I'm not comfortable recommending based on what I saw and not having actually interacted with any on-site personnel myself.
