The process to pick up the vehicle was extremely slow. I made an online reservation several days in advance and I was the only person there to rent a vehicle. It took way too long to get the vehicle.

Sign was on the door closed didn’t know where it park the truck, finally found a lady who assisted with drop Off . Very confusing

Trailer was infested with roaches. Someone left 8 U-haul moving blankets and the trailer light harness in the back. The only reason I go here is because it is the closest location to my home.

The experience with this location was good. The experience with u-haul and how much I got screwed from the actually company is upsetting and I will never recommend anyone to use u-haul. It was one of the worse experiences I have had with any company

I got the run around from the get go. It took well over an hour after scheduled pick up time to pick up the truck, finally got home with it to move things and the truck was disgusting and had to be cleaned before anything could be moved into it. Was overall very displeased and wouldn’t recommend. I will compliment the lady at the drop off, she was kind and very attentive.

AFTER TURNING IN MY TRAILER, I COULD GET NO RECEIPT TO PROVE IT WAS TURNED IN. THE OWNER DID NOT COMPLETE THE TURN IN TO U-HAUL AFTER I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE DONE BY AN EMPLOYEE WHO COULD NOT COMPLETE THE TURN IN. I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN U-HAUL NUMBER TO HAVE IT TAKEN CARE OF BY A VERY HELPFUL PHONE REPRESENTATIVE. U-HAUL NEEDS TO SEND AN OFFICIAL TO CHECK OUT THE TURN IN LOCATION AND HOW THEY OPERATE. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNSURE THE PROCESS BEING HANDLED PROPERLY. THANKS TO THE PHONE REPRESENTATIVE FOR HER HELP IN EASING MY CONCERNS.

Crack hotel dump. Took an hour to get trailer. My friend stepped outside and we were told to hurry the " fuck" up. Didn't hook up trailer , no walk around , never left the office . We had to take the " connection" picture. Upon rental return , took days to get my rental checked in. After drop off I walked into the office to let them know it was returned and was told " I don't know nothing about nothing , how do I know you brought it back " Disgusting Uhaul Dealership and Representation. I deserve compensation for the time it took me to followup daily to resolve.

Dealer is trying to overcharge for mileage and fuel on the unit in the amount of approximately $80. Would never recommend or do business with this crook again.

Everything was explain perfectly. I have 21 year’s experience driving semi trucks. It would be great if your trucks had E-TRACKS to secure the load. The wood rails are very awkward to secure load. Other than that I had no problems with rental

I tried to do everything on the app and it was not user friendly. The lady at the motel knew nothing about how to help me and it set me back on my my trip which caused me to have less people to help unload at the drop off.

U-HAUL representative is doing double duty as a motel clerk but is pleasant and does the best she can. Trailer that was originally checked out was not on the lot and another was assigned to me resulting in another trip to the location after I did not receive the promised email. No real problem and the trailer was great.

The lady at the counter just gave me the key to the U-Haul and told me to pull out a little bit and check it out. It was my first time renting a U-haul I was not sent a email to take pictures of the U-haul I had no knowledge of how many miles I had. Come to find out they didn't give me enough miles for my trip to lumber city, GA to Hazlehurst,GA which was my drop off location.

The lady was as helpful as she could be but no one could tell us the size of the hitch. Once we realized the size we went next door to buy the correct size and installed it on our truck. Once my wive and I got the dual axle 6x12 trailer fully connected and pulled it out of its spot we realized it had a flat tire. We disconnected from it and connected to another unit. No problems with it from Douglas to Florida. It is the only place in Douglas that has any selection so you just about have to go there in order to rent a U Haul.

The cashier lady was very rude and not helpful the truck wasn't clean I had to clean it out there was no gas in the truck I was 45 minutes late cause the cashier person said she couldn't do the uhaul rental I had to wait till another person got there and I called uhaul and a lady put me on hold and never came bk on the line but because of all this its gonna cost me way more cause it changed all the plans we had set up with the move this was overall the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul and we use uhaul on a regular basis with our company I would like someone to call me ..

I was in an accident a lady hit my tow dolly with my car on it. I waited on the side of the road waiting for road side in atlanta GA on the busiest highway for 9 freaking hours. I was beyond scared on the side of that road with my son and my dog and cat. Just waiting for someone to hit us. FOR 9 HOURS!!! Dont expect roadside to get to you anytime soon if you need them. They did not compensate us anything but wanted to give is a hotel room for a few hours till check out and in down town atlanta where there was no way i could get the uhaul and auto transport they brought me into. Very unhappy with uhaul for this expierence overall.

Employees complained that the owner would not give them a trailer # so I could get my trailer. We got a trailer # and that trailer did not exit. We then chose a trailer and were on our way pretty soon. The delay was totally unnecessary!!!

I was told the total amount for my uhaul would be 77.00$. There was a hold on my card for 100$ but when I brought it back on time I would be reimbursed the remainder . I picked the uhaul up at 3:43 & had it back at 6:11 . They marked it as 6:30. The lady I returned the key in to never checked the mileage or gas or anything when I picked it up or returned it . I only went 10 miles , there’s NO way I should’ve been over charged for 127$ . I will never rent a uhaul from there again . Very unprofessional . I tried to contact the lady I spoke to and they informed me I had the wrong number

The place I had my reservation no one show up. I called several times and no one answered and I wanted for a hour and half, still no one show up. Then I went to the one at where I got the truck. I explained to the rep what happened and she tried calling the place I had the reservation and no one still answered. It was almost 2 hours after my reservation pick up time. At first the rep said she didn't have a truck. Then she walk out the office and went outside and came back in a few minutes later. After saying she didn't have a the size truck o wanted,she ask for my ID and started doing the paperwork. She didn't offer the 50 dollars back if one location didn't have the truck you reserved, but in this case no one showed up.

Put jacks on the trailers so when you unhook it you don’t haft to pick up a loaded trailer

Stage vehicles for 24/7 pick-up (actually do it vs. just saying you do it). I planned to begin loading the evening before, but I had to wait until the next morning at 9:30a to get the truck. I didn’t arrive to my destination until 2:30a the next morning. Practice using the U-Haul database to speed up pick-up. I self-registered ahead of time, and it still took about 40 minutes - 1 hour to get the key. Do not offer equipment (pads, dolly, etc.) if your location doesn’t typically have those on hand. Part of the long check-in process was due to figuring out how to remove the equipment charges from the order. The equipment would have come in handy for the move, and had I known it wasn’t available, I could have made other arrangements for those items. Clean all returned equipment every time. The truck cabin and storage were all unclean.

Had to hook up my own trailer after I found it. Had to pull it around for clerk to get a picture of hookup. Left turn Sinaloa dog not work and was told that ok or go to Auto Zone and buy a bulb and replace it. Terrible customer service

First off they tried to give me a old tow to pull a Nissian Murano 200+ miles. Secondly they put in computer there was a half a tank of gas and actually it was almost empty. We barely made it to the gas station. They were very unprofessional, we didn't sign any documents and three people handle the order. A person on phone doing computer work, the girl we saw at cashier, and some random female (who expressed she was just stepping in for tow pictures). Lastly my drop-off was suppose to be Rex Ga and it was changed without me knowing or agreeing.

My rental was supposed to be ready for me at 10:30, I got there at 10:42 due traffic. I did everything online and was told to get the key from the counter, the young lady at the desk was on her phone texting the whole time. I waited until 11:26 to get the key for the uhual. The gas mileage was lied about and I have photos to prove that the gas was not where she said it was BEFORE I even left their parking lot. The cab had used masks in the window and under the seat, behind the driver seat was half drunk water bottles and more trash. I did not pick up the trash cause it did not belong to me and I didn’t feel safe touching a strangers face mask or water bottle. The process was long and tiring.
