Umbreana WestThe IN-APP, self-pick-up and drop-off experience was absolutely the opposite of what it is intended to be. It is, tedious, time-consuming, slow, and nearly useless. Please address the issues for the next customer, because it may have forced this one away in the future.
Logan BlockMy rental had an empty tank of gas and a flat right rear tire. The truck interior was dirty. Really disappointing rental. Surprised I had to gas up and inflate the tire within minutes of renting the truck.

Thomad RomanowskiI knew if the gas tank wasn’t return back to where I found it we have to pay for the filling up but it was probably $8 or less. However, the $30 fee to go fill the tank for just one line it’s ridiculous.

kesly sylvestreEvery time i reserve a truck online its not available at my desired location on the day of my reservation and i have scheduling department find me the truck i want and i lose time and money ubering to the location with my truck. I operate a small business and rent trucks often i have been dissatisfied with uhaul lately. Even with the reservation garunteed $50 refund I recieve it has been a terrible experience for a repeat customer or many years. I will be renting from penske and enterprise from now on.

The van was very dirty and of course I couldn’t place back the little bit of gas that I used on my trip because I was more worried about get out of the van than refill the 1 or 2 gallons of gas that I used on my trip. It was a very bad experience overall. The staff was no polite. The two girls that work there were in a very bad mood. If you want me to sent pictures of the roaches on your van, I can.

Also, it was such an inconvenience for that you guys canceled my reservation and had me have to go to a different location that also opened later! And further away and more importantly, not where I already have my storage at! The original location I booked is where I have storage too. So it was quite the inconvenience to go back and forget there instead. The other location I booked also much cleaner and better trucks. The lady at the location I used was really nice and helpful but the truck and service itself was not good! I’d actually like a credit of some sort or a refund!!

This is my first time ever doing a U-Haul and doing it online they would not help me I was super confused. the time on my end and the time on their end were two different times. and they wouldn’t change it for me. they literally were just the two most disrespectful women ever and it made my experience with a U-Haul terrible and made me never want to use a U-Haul ever again. I also ordered a dolly with my U-Haul truck which I paid for that I never received.
