Refused to come out and examine the truck when I dropped it off so I could be aware of any other charges I may have.. my card was charged an additional $25 and I wasn't notified as to what the charges were forlakeesah W.

Every time i reserve a truck online its not available at my desired location on the day of my reservation and i have scheduling department find me the truck i want and i lose time and money ubering to the location with my truck. I operate a small business and rent trucks often i have been dissatisfied with uhaul lately. Even with the reservation garunteed $50 refund I recieve it has been a terrible experience for a repeat customer or many years. I will be renting from penske and enterprise from now on.Guillermo R.

There was a roach infestation in the entire U-Haul truck. Would not recommend to anyone. Very dirty and uncomfortable. Do not come here! They didn't even offer a refund. Horrible customer service!isabel C.

The van was filled with roaches. My clothes and stuff transported in your van got infected with roaches. The van was very dirty and of course I couldn't place back the little bit of gas that I used on my trip because I was more worried about get out of the van than refill the 1 or 2 gallons of gas that I used on my trip. It was a very bad experience overall. The staff was no polite. The two girls that work there were in a very bad mood. If you want me to sent pictures of the roaches on your van, I can.Michel G.

The truck was really filthy! I had to clean it up before I could use it. I took pictures to show. Also, it was such an inconvenience for that you guys canceled my reservation and had me have to go to a different location that also opened later! And further away and more importantly, not where I already have my storage at! The original location I booked is where I have storage too. So it was quite the inconvenience to go back and forget there instead. The other location I booked also much cleaner and better trucks. The lady at the location I used was really nice and helpful but the truck and service itself was not good! I'd actually like a credit of some sort or a refund!!DENNY R.

The two women at the front desk were incredibly rude not helpful, and overall just straight up mean. This is my first time ever doing a U-Haul and doing it online they would not help me I was super confused. the time on my end and the time on their end were two different times. and they wouldn't change it for me. they literally were just the two most disrespectful women ever and it made my experience with a U-Haul terrible and made me never want to use a U-Haul ever again. I also ordered a dolly with my U-Haul truck which I paid for that I never received.jessica D.

Van was parked in a way that I couldn't inspect the front of the vehicle. There was a bottle of cleaner (I imagine that's what it was...) and an almost empty, paper towel roll on the hood. Inside, the van was not clean, as I would expect during covid-19 times. As soon as I left the parking area, I got this message on the dashboard "left rr tire low, add air to tire". The location seemed to be closed at the time (around 9 am) and since I live only 5 minutes from the rental place, I went home and added air. However, I noticed that there was a nail in the tire so, I had to call roadside assistance. They came and replaced the tire. Two hours after I had plan to start my day, I was finally on the road, just to have the same message on the dashborad, the whole day. I tried to get a credit/compensation for this inconvenience, but after spending 45 minutes on the phone, I was disconnected. Very disappointed with this experience.Ricardo B.
