Perhaps provide customers a place to park their vehicle overnight that is not along the main street? That would surely make exchange of vehicles easier and safer to the client!!!!

We were scheduled to drop off the truck much further away. With the help of Patty when we called in, the drop off location was changed here. William, the manager made this "remote" drop off better than it could have been. Again, we are not "remote" people. We need the in person contact. Thank you to both Patty for making the location change and William for making this experience better than it could have been!

I drove the unit a total of 48 miles I put 10 gallons of fuel in the tank. Brought unit to 3/8 a tank where I got it at. Got charged for 2 more gallons. Pretty petty to me. Did it really need 2 gallons? when in the last month I spent over 3 thousand dollars in rentals.

The truck we rented did not have a gas cap it appeared that someone had cut it off. The manager of the store said he would take care of it as he was unaware of it. Very nice gentleman. If needed would rent from here again. Thank you.
