Linda SPerhaps provide customers a place to park their vehicle overnight that is not along the main street? That would surely make exchange of vehicles easier and safer to the client!!!!
clayton YWe were scheduled to drop off the truck much further away. With the help of Patty when we called in, the drop off location was changed here. William, the manager made this "remote" drop off better than it could have been. Again, we are not "remote" people. We need the in person contact.
