When I book the appointment it said equipment and trailers are available that weren't when I went to return it and told me to drop off at a different location they wouldn't except it or rude sent me back to the original place and he was rude.Colten C.

I reserved 16 ft truck a few weeks ago. When I picked up yesterday and they didn't have it for me so I had to rent 10 ft truck and made 2 trips to move furniture and boxes. I would appreciate if they have it available next time I rent a specific truckJames E.

The fuel and the millage was not accurate to the contract I tall to the guy to fix it , but anyway I still get the same wrong amount , I came back and another representative was acting rude, and the truck smell Pretty bad inside, dogs hair in all the seats. When the truck was picked up, it was barely over a quarter tank on gas. When the truck was returned, it was turned in with still barely over a quarter tank of gas. I looked at my receipt in my email and they charged me an additional $5.95 for 1.7 gallons of gas!!! WTF?!? If they are THAT petty, I will get my trucks elsewhere!James L.
This was hands down the worst experience getting a uhaul I have ever had. The person who rented us the truck, his name was Dick, was the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with when renting with you all. Upon inspecting the vehicle before leaving the premises with it I noticed that the mileage was higher than on the contract. Upon returning the vehicle I told dick about this and told him I had photos of the mileage and he said that he would fix that upon his return the next day. Also we had rented the truck for seven hours and after about our four or five dick proceeded to contact me and my wife's phone repeatedly asking where we were that he needed the vehicle this caught both of us by surprise as we had the Vehicle reserved for seven hours. After receiving the bill through U-Haul I noticed that dickhead not change the mileage discrepancy I then called him to let him know this and he stated that he was actually saving me money because U-Haul was trying to charge me for having the vehicle an extra day and lost a sale because we return the vehicle late when in fact we handed the keys to dick before 530 when he was already leaving the facility he took our keys gotten his car and left to go to his house. I will never rent a truck from that facility again and I feel as if you all need to directly have a conversation with him about the way he treated his customers. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.Kristopher H.

I was charged $10 for pads not returned. I called and left msg on Sun that I was unwrapping the paintings and would return the 10 pads. No one returned my call. So I don't want to be charged for those. Pads to be returned on Wed Jul 15MICHAEL D.
The pick up interior was disgustingly dirty. Dash was full of dirt. Console full of dirt and grime, and drink holders sticky with spilled beverages and who knows What else. Not cool during Covid. The bed of the pickup had a nice thick layer of sand, rocks and dirt. Manager advised at the time I rented that they had â€œtried to clean it and pressure wash itâ€ but that could not have been true, as the debris literally could have been swept out with a broom it was so thick and loose. Gas tank was only a quarter tank full making it necessary to put gas in to do the task I needed to do before even getting started. Process was smooth enough and manager pleasant. Equipment not what I expected from my experience with UHaul. Find another outlet to do business with.Monica D.

The straps on the car transport where too small for my vehicle. I had to use my own. The drop off location U-Haul personnel was not available when I got there. I had to leave the equipment with someone else. The U-Haul 1800 support is pitiful. On hold forever then I got redirected to a vm system that I am Not sure worked properly.
