Overcharged for fuel and mileage - smaller available but had to pay more for larger truck... what shiukd have been $35 was over $65.

I had a reservation for the U-Haul. App had no record of it, attempted to call the number on the app and the office, no answer plus no return call. Had to rebook a new U-Haul, photos would not submit. Overall experience was not great.
