I rented your truck from this location, I put 10 miles on it and went into a 7-Eleven and put $4 worth of fuel in it to cover the 10 miles, and your U-Haul franchise dealer there charged me $9 for fuel when I returned it with the gauge being in the same place as when I left. The truck was not checked in with me there, they are a storage facility not a U-Haul dealership that when you drive in they check you in check the truck and have you pay for it while you're there. I feel like I got screwed with the $9 charge for fuel.ERNEST F.

You need to do something about the online system to drop off the truck. Way too cumbersome and no one was able to assist me because they were not sure how to get my returned processed. In the end I spent over an hour just trying to return the truck through the website and no one could accomplish that task.Franklyn K.

The Cargo Van was not very clean inside or out. the vehicle was in bad need of a washing and vacuum. I returned with a good vacuuming but did not wash the outside. There was an empty tea bottle just behind the front drive seat the was easily visible when I opened the door. The interior of the van (dashboard, steering wheel, etc) looked like it had not been wiped down or cleaned ever.Charles F.

The personnel at this location were pleasant. The cab of the truck smelled like cigarette smoke. My reservation experience with UHaul was horrible. My pick-up time, location, & vehicle were changed 3 times. The reservation personnel were not pleasant. I reserved an 8-foot pick-up truck and confirmed it at a location near me. I ended up with a 10-foot box truck picked up 45 minutes out of the way. Unless this is made right, I will not be using U-Haul again.James T.

Dropped off uhaul and trailer after renting and the worker at the door had no interest in assisting or providing further information or customer service wether or not I needed to do anything or if anything needed looked over after turning rental in. Checking his watch as if he couldn't be bothered to do his job and had a horrible attitude when telling him I was dropping it off and when asked if anything further was needed wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based off that one experience.Brandon H.

I reserved 16 ft truck a few weeks ago. When I picked up yesterday and they didn't have it for me so I had to rent 10 ft truck and made 2 trips to move furniture and boxes. I would appreciate if they have it available next time I rent a specific truckJames E.

The fuel and the millage was not accurate to the contract I tall to the guy to fix it , but anyway I still get the same wrong amount , I came back and another representative was acting rude, and the truck smell Pretty bad inside, dogs hair in all the seats. When the truck was picked up, it was barely over a quarter tank on gas. When the truck was returned, it was turned in with still barely over a quarter tank of gas. I looked at my receipt in my email and they charged me an additional $5.95 for 1.7 gallons of gas!!! WTF?!? If they are THAT petty, I will get my trucks elsewhere!James L.
This was hands down the worst experience getting a uhaul I have ever had. The person who rented us the truck, his name was Dick, was the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with when renting with you all. Upon inspecting the vehicle before leaving the premises with it I noticed that the mileage was higher than on the contract. Upon returning the vehicle I told dick about this and told him I had photos of the mileage and he said that he would fix that upon his return the next day. Also we had rented the truck for seven hours and after about our four or five dick proceeded to contact me and my wife's phone repeatedly asking where we were that he needed the vehicle this caught both of us by surprise as we had the Vehicle reserved for seven hours. After receiving the bill through U-Haul I noticed that dickhead not change the mileage discrepancy I then called him to let him know this and he stated that he was actually saving me money because U-Haul was trying to charge me for having the vehicle an extra day and lost a sale because we return the vehicle late when in fact we handed the keys to dick before 530 when he was already leaving the facility he took our keys gotten his car and left to go to his house. I will never rent a truck from that facility again and I feel as if you all need to directly have a conversation with him about the way he treated his customers. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.Kristopher H.
