I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. Originally, they changed the car pickup location to one nearly eight miles away from the original spot, and there was no closer drop-off option, which resulted in me paying triple the price for the rental. When I finally drove the car, the brakes were in poor condition and made loud noises, taking a long time to stop, which was very dangerous. The car also had a terrible smell and felt very old. I called the company the next day, and they promised someone would get back to me by Monday, but after a month of no response, I called again. The representative apologized for the lack of follow-up. It’s been a couple of weeks since that second call, and still no one has reached out. Overall, I paid a lot for a car that was unsafe and had terrible customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
