THERESA SI though the per mile charge could have been less whoch drove my total cost up to 80.00 for about 2 1/12 hours. Other than that, I was very pleased with the person that we dealt with. He was pleasant, informative, helpful and professional. I do not remember his name but it was Sunday, February 9, about noon. He was the only one there

MICHAEL WI was directed to this location after having multiple issues with another location and to receive a complimentary utility dolly. I had received unacceptable service from several different customer service representatives with my trailer rental two days before renting at this location. I couldn’t close my trailer rental upon returning it with the app, so I called customer service. I was transferred 5 times over the 45 minutes I was on the phone with U-Haul but didn’t get a resolution to my return issues. I went to another location to pick up my reserved vehicle but couldn’t pull up the reservation to check in/out the vehicle with mobile pickup service. I was told that my reservation for 15’ truck had been given away to another customer even though I could see it was still reserved to me. I was hung up on by that representative and not called back so I canceled the reservation. Made a new reservation for the exact same vehicle at the exact same location after canceling the one I couldn’t log into. So I was given false information from the representative who hung up on me. After speaking to 3 different representatives attempting to checkout the vehicle I was told I couldn’t have 2 different active rentals because the trailer rental had not been closed out. I explained to all 3 representatives the issues and that was told to just leave trailer at the drop off site and go pickup the new rental. I finally received help from Jennifer who informed me to dispute amount of trailer rental to force the app to complete the trailer return. Unfortunately after the hours of bad information and bad service my phone died. I changed my reservation to pickup another truck at the trailer rental location for the next day. I called U-Haul again to ask for a discount and free dolly for all the trouble I had experienced the prior day. After speaking to Veronica for 45 minutes I was informed for a free dolly I would have to got to another location to pick one up that the current location didn’t have any available. The other location was 8 miles round trip out of my travel area I explained that cost of miles was more than the dolly. I was told after all was worked out by the franchise location that they were not going to rent to me as they had the right and choice to refuse to rent to anyone. I had been dropped of there and had to walk to a convenience store nearby to find another way to get the truck from the same location as the dolly. Which took a hour over the reservation pickup time. The manager at this location was friendly and completed my rental pickup and dolly in just minutes. Upon returning my rental next day I was still charged the additional mileage and cost of the dolly that was supposed to be discounted rental rate and free dolly. After receiving final billing I spoke with U-Haul representative Michael regarding the entire rental experience and multiple issues during it. He was kind and apologised for the bad information and bad service I had received. He submitted a request for modification of my final billing to reflect what it was supposed to be. I was informed it would take up to 73 hours for U-Haul to call me by phone with the resolution to the billing. Still awaiting that call back.

Elizabeth GLook over the bill before you charge them. I was charged for four days and only have my rental truck for two days. I am very disappointed. I’ve used you all a lot in the past and this time was just terrible.

THERESA SThe rental experience was terrible due to the Uhaul app experience that delayed my crew 2 hours. The customer support directed thru the app was of no assistance. Do not rely on uhaul technology for your rental you will be left on your own with no assistance. Make sure you are renting during posted office hours only!!!

Dale MTruck was not clean. Sand in both floor board- not just a little. Very dirty windshield mirrors and windows. Had to stop immediately and clean all before departing. Great people and truck met our expectations but wasn’t clean.
Darren CThe right hand mirror was afixed at an angle that made it difficult to see. The rubber seal at the top right corner of the windshield was coming off, therefore rain came into the cab. The indicator for air pressure ina particular tire came on and stayed on, despite all tires being properly and fully inflated. However the worst thing about our experience is that a governor was on this vehicle. A good deal of our route, ore planned and made known to the staff prior to leaving, was in fact above the speed the governor was set to. So as a whole, I did not appreciate being furnished with the wrong vehicle for this journey.

He call before my rental to see if I was able to come in to do my pickup in person as opposed to having to go through the automated process since my rental was set up for after closing time. I appreciated his phone call to come in a bit earlier, because it made the pickup process a lot smoother and more friendly. He should be commended for his great customer service.
Keith DI can manage your web site. Have tried numerous times to get in. The vehicle had some exterior damage when I took it, but I didn’t see it. And no one at the drop off point when I returned it at 4:00. There was no right turning light or housing for it. I will want to see the vehicle history, want to see camera footage of lot if uhaul tries to blame me. The person at the desk should have told me because it might be illegal to drive with that light missing.

RANDY AI’m not really sure when I drop the truck off the gentleman that helped me was upset because it was close to closing time and when I pulled in he turned the lights off real fast but the location said it was open till six and it was five till I realize it was closer to 6 o’clock but at the same time the hour State that you’re open till six. I also filled the truck with fuel before dropping it off and then I got a receipt the next day showing he charged me $25 I think that was his way of sticking it to us since he had to stay a few extra minutes after close. It might be a wonderful location but at first I did not get that experience he was very upset and then when I mentioned the hours he changed his demeanor and was a little more helpful his name was Michael. Had I gotten there earlier it could’ve been a total different situation but he didn’t even go over the truck or anything he just ask for the keys took it and that was that!!
