I rented a truck from May 8th to May 15th. However, I applied for 5 Furniture Pads, but they were not in the truck. Is this $50 refund possible?

Customer service was excellent, however the truck was beat up and in need of some service and repairs. Rough idle and at one point thought it was going to stall out. Drivers side arm rest is broken/missing and the A/C worked intermittently and it was in the 80's so I was soaking in sweat. I had picked up the truck at closing and drove it a short distance home, so these items weren't noticed until I drove it the following day.

We had to call Customer Service in order to get the lock box code. The key in the lock box did not match the truck that UHaul directed us to. We had to wait till they opened for 2 hours to have someone assist. We were promised compensation by the employee at this location but when I followed up another employee told me I had to contact UHaul for compensation. I do not recommend this facility for UHaul rentals.

Not sure if it's the location's fault that the truck I rented broke down before I finished moving my things. I reported the breakdown to 1800GOUhaul, however Uhau is claiming to not have a record of the call and have billed me erroneous charges that are not valid based on the circumstances surrounding the truck's breakdown. I am not pleased with Uhaul's service and the fact that you knowingly rented a truck that clearly needed repairs. This is totally unacceptable. I should have read all the negative reviews before renting a truck from Uhaul

Location is a little hard to find, as GPS sends you past the actual building to go behind another building. The personnel were very helpful & friendly. They didn't have the equipment that I had requested, but went out of their way to get me everything I needed for my move.

There were no specific instructions on after hours drop off of a truck. We had to figure out where to park and search around until we figured out where to leave the key. Plus, their gate to the storage area was either broken or permanently open, so it was confusing.

My problem wasn't with Compass but with U-Haul. The truck I had reserved over a month before wasn't available, and there were no alternatives. I was on hold for over 30 minutes before talking to a customer service rep, who transferred me to Traffic, who wasn't there and I ended up back in the Customer Service loop for another 20 minutes. I went to an official U-Haul store, and they were helpful in getting me connected to Traffic. Unfortunately, they did not have any available trucks of any size within 80 miles of my home. I ended up delaying a day to pick up the truck, which cost me $50 to change my flight. I understand things happen but your customer services setup needs improvement. Please fix it.

The truck smelled like smoke so much I had to spray air freshener in it 3 times…. The drivers door would not shut easily and would stay slightly open even when shut hard. The truck seemed clean but smelled soooo bad.

when placed order, tried to call in to confirm my reservation. Line was switched so many times but no one would help to reach to the rental office. So I had to drive to check it. Waited more than 40mins for picking up the truck. After I returned the car, I think they over charged but called in many times no one answered phone, left meaasge no one replied. I think I need to drive to the office again to check the billing issue. If they would not solved the billing issue, I would not recommend to others. Please help to make sure someone will pick up the phone to answer the questions. Thanks

Improve your website for pre-check in procedures. I tried several times to download the completed form and it would never go through. All the info boxes and required pictures were completed and I didn't get an error message, it just kept reverting back to page.

The first truck I was given did not crank and unfortunately, it involved a lot of walking and I have a bad back. However, the guy helping me resolved it as quickly as possible and put me in another truck. It seems he needs help to get the trucks out to the customers in a more timely manner. He was a very nice respectful guy that was working very hard to get everyone out and in a truck.

I could not get the code to open the lockbox. The rep on the phone was able to help with some of the registration, but I could not get the code until the storage facility opened and that put me two hours berhind. after that, everything went well.

the entire uhaul online order was the worst and horrible experience for me. The reservation never never kept for me on the scheduled day. Just canceled and called me your vehicle is not available at the my reserved location. Changed pick up location three times!!! Horrible!!! Ever!!!!

I was charged for using 21 gallons of fuel when the truck was driven 35 miles. I submitted a request for this to he reviewed which was ignored and I was charged anyway without any communication back. Horrible way to do business.

The truck was overwhelmed with the most intense hot urine smell. I immediately went and complained. There was no other vehicle. I was forced to take it. I called while in route. I was told by the manager at the pickup location that they KNEW about the smell and had a professional cleaning company go through it. However... it did not work. The truck was in the sun and the windows were closed. The smell was horrific. I was forced on a cold day to have all the windows open, the AC on and ga big to stop every few minutes to breathe. The trip took 4 hours. It normally takes 1 hr and 23 minutes. The audacity of uhaul to offer me a 25 dollar discount on my NEXT rental... was and is a joke. My lungs were irritated for 2 days. My nose was inflamed and running for hours. This was the single worst experience of renting ANYTHING in my life. Between the urine smell and the cleaning chemicals... my eyes my burning. I couldn't take a deep breath. It was horrible. I had to force my wife to drive behind me because she has allergies and she was in agony from the stink. She told me to abandon the truck at the rental... but we had a lot of people waiting for us. Bad situation. Stick your $25 coupon on a future rental... you know where.
