I could not get the code to open the lockbox. The rep on the phone was able to help with some of the registration, but I could not get the code until the storage facility opened and that put me two hours berhind. after that, everything went well.Vincent D.

the entire uhaul online order was the worst and horrible experience for me. The reservation never never kept for me on the scheduled day. Just canceled and called me your vehicle is not available at the my reserved location. Changed pick up location three times!!! Horrible!!! Ever!!!!chaeyong L.

I was charged for using 21 gallons of fuel when the truck was driven 35 miles. I submitted a request for this to he reviewed which was ignored and I was charged anyway without any communication back. Horrible way to do business.Samuel M.

The truck was overwhelmed with the most intense hot urine smell. I immediately went and complained. There was no other vehicle. I was forced to take it. I called while in route. I was told by the manager at the pickup location that they KNEW about the smell and had a professional cleaning company go through it. However... it did not work. The truck was in the sun and the windows were closed. The smell was horrific. I was forced on a cold day to have all the windows open, the AC on and ga big to stop every few minutes to breathe. The trip took 4 hours. It normally takes 1 hr and 23 minutes. The audacity of uhaul to offer me a 25 dollar discount on my NEXT rental... was and is a joke. My lungs were irritated for 2 days. My nose was inflamed and running for hours. This was the single worst experience of renting ANYTHING in my life. Between the urine smell and the cleaning chemicals... my eyes my burning. I couldn't take a deep breath. It was horrible. I had to force my wife to drive behind me because she has allergies and she was in agony from the stink. She told me to abandon the truck at the rental... but we had a lot of people waiting for us. Bad situation. Stick your $25 coupon on a future rental... you know where.CHRISTOPHER S.

He seemed complacent with how the drop off process works. Those of us that don't rent items very often want to make sure everything is okay before we leave. I was told he would check it in and have a good day. I'm fine with that as long as I don't get any surprise charges.Gabe B.

There was not a proper key drop box at the location. The location was closed when I arrived at 4pm. When calling the customer service line for the facility, they were also unsure where the box was located and could not assist me.Katherine O.

I had problems from the moment I tried to pay, last year I had a small wreck in a Uhaul that had been settled a long time ago since I had your top insurance. however, when they said I had to call someone because they had an e-alert set up under my name. I called and waited and waited and finally, someone called back and said oops sorry it should have been taken off. Then I came back and got the truck and the truck drove awful and had no air and made horrible noises. The suspension was worn out etc etc. I have rented from you guys for years, but will check the truck more thoroughly next time.DEBORAH S.
The pick up time was confusing. I sign up for 8:30 and the location was prepared for me at 8:30. However, the U-Haul Go app told me to wait until 9:00 when the location opened.Noah D.

The total Uhaul experience went from outstanding to exceedingly poor. I first dealt with Extra Attic in Swanee Ga and they were more than fantastic. I made three visits to their location to make sure I aspects of this process would function property.. then on the day to pick up my truck all went down hill. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Uhaul as they tried to activate my account so I could access my truck. After numerous attempts and Uhaul's unfriendly and dysfunctional system would not allow the agent to complete the necessary entries to activate my account. I had to drive another 6 or 8 miles further away to get a truck. Then the truck was terrible. The steering wheel was off center, the truck had a strong vibration at certain speeds, as if some of the tires were not balanced and the windshield wipers did not function well at all and very very noisy as if they were worn out and dry...The over all experience was not good at all....dan C.

I have never rented a UHaul before. The service at this location was extremely helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this location. I have already recommended this location and really not sure how you can improve perfect!wanda P.

The truck was disgustingly dirty. I had to sweep out the truck prior to moving my stuff into it. I removed more than a cup of dirt from the rear. The cab of the truck was dirty also. It obviously hadn't been wiped down in many weeks. I spent more than 40 min cleaning the truck overall. The remote pick up was easy, but the location that I was switched to did not have enough pads for me and I had to rent pads from another location. I did not have interaction with staff, so I can't comment on them.William G.
