Got to the location and they did not have a truck that I reserved one way. They called reservations and I had to drive to another location. When I got to the new location, the app would not work, saying that I was not at the right location. Had to call the previous location for assistance. App finally recognized the location and allowed me to check in. Then when taking the photos of the truck, the photos were not saving, yes I was selecting keep photo. It would not allow me to move forward without a photo. I had to shut down the app after trying multiple times to get the photos to save, when I opened up the app again I was checked in. The entire process from the first location to the next, issues with app, it took me almost two hours just to get the truck. Put me way behind schedule for my move.
William GAnd I've called, emailed, and sent feedback... I Did not want the insurance, it was not a part of my original reservation, yet I was still charged. I even spoke to two people that said they would call or email back over the last 2 days and have not heard from anyone.
