I wasn't given a price but my card was charged, I called all day on Monday from 9am to 6:52pm and never did anyone pick up the phone to assist me. I was to get a dolly with the truck and one was not provided.

After not receiving a proper walk thru of the vehicle and just being handed a set of keys at my Stone Mountain location almost lead to me being charged an additional $250 by Chamblee Location. The Manager of Chamblee was rude upon initial contact that vehicle was in wrong location. She left a very threatening/alerting voicemail. Call Customer Service to file a dispute and Tina was very helpful in processing my claim. Received a call by the Area Manager Daniel who lacked patience, phone etiquette, and a high level of customer service. Not once did he try to understand or help me to find a better alternative that wasn’t an inconvenienceto me. His tone was terse and condescending. But he did manage to tell me he manages over 30 stores. This wasn’t my first Uhual rental but after this experience, I? have to question the level of training that each of these employees received. The Snellville branches have never given me such a run a round or inconsistent service. As a consumer, very unsatisfied with the entire presentation this time.

when I picked up the Truck it was only one lady working the register for the store and U-Haul. she checked me in and give me the keys to the truck. I went out and checked out the truck and it was nasty in the inside with trash left inside. I took and picture of it and took it back in to show her. She replied that she was the only one there and she couldn't leave the store. I think I should have been given a discount on this truck. Its fine I wont return.

The store was understaffed. There was only 1 attendant working the convenience store register & the Uhaul counter simultaneously. We waited for over an hour combined during the pickup and dropoff processes because the attendant constantly served convenience customers ahead of us. The attendant constantly put us on hold and made us wait each time a new customer walked in the store. The convenience store should definitely provide 2 attendants in order to serve Uhaul customers in a timely manner.

Horrible experience... delayed in service, wrong mileage out, over charged me by 72 and I only used 40 miles. Wrong gas tank ... will never ever use this location and p probably Uhaul. Good job in making this experience horrible. Wait for my google review you jackasses.

I was the only one in the store at first and It took almost an hour to rent the truck from this location. I pretty much had to go check out the truck on my own as well as move other vehicles out of the way to be able to even get to my reserved rental. I ended up being over an hour and a half late to my appointment.

I was incorrectly chArged there was no gas in the vehicle but the contract said 1/4 tank I went back inside to speak to the attendant and she marked on my sheet of paper that the gas was on E but I believe I was still charged for gas $30 to be exact I would like a refund for this $30 at it is not correct thank you.

It took an hour for the rental process to be completed. The agent did not know what be was doing. He did not do a walk through and I paid for a hand truck that was not on the truck.

Close this location down, and any others ran by who ever is running this one. Purchased the rental with auto pick up using the app, get there at the gas station uhaul location, the app states error, no vehicles assigned to this location, and gives my number to call the district manager. I call him, he tells me just go in to gas station and ask attendant for key . Go in, they tell they are closed at first, until I plead to pick up the key and he goes back and yells for someone in the back. The they tell me they have to ring me up for a new order. I tell them I already have an order, they mess with the computer for about 30 minutes and tell me they have to submit new order. I call 800 number, speak to cust service, they attempts to call the location. The phone rings, they look at phone and don't pick up. I call district manager. He tries calling, the phone is just ringing they don't answer. He asks me to hand them the phone, I tell them the manager is on the phone, they tell me to tell him if he wan't to talk to them, he can call them on the phone. Manager gets so mad he hangs up on me to call them. Finally, they hand me the key. I live 3 minutes away. I left at 4:30, got back with the truck at 7. Returning truck was a nightmare, they told me just put the key in the box. Put key in box. Called 800 number later to verify, was told they gave me wrong info. Was placed on hold for about 45 minutes while the cust service rep attempts to contact someone. Any other option is better than this, use horse and carriage if it's available, or put your stuff in a Kroger buggy and push it across town before you use uhaul. 800 cust service wasn't any better than this gas station location.

They did not represent Uhaul well at all. They said the truck didn't work, they didn't have the reservation, the guy that does uhaul was not there and to call uhaul about the issues they had nothing to do with it. I waited over an hour and customer service with uhaul over the phone was passed poor. I waited 20 min to talk to a rep and then was told she couldn't hold for me shortly after she picked up. The contract was not explained at any time no rhey just guessed my approx mileage and never asked or go over the rate

Despite it being my first experience picking up a truck anywhere other than an official Uhaul site, it was quite pleasant. The customer service was acceptable and the unit was available for use. The return was just as easy.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. It took over an hour, the man doing the actual rental is not physically located in the store - one of the gas station attendants had to go take pics to send to the person actually doing the contract. I requested a specific drop off location, but rather than changing it, I was told to just take it to any location (by the man who did the contract) and that they would accept it. That was not the case. I had to call customer service and explain the situation for the woman to be nice enough to change my drop off location for me with no hassle. I will NEVER go back to this location.
