WILMER GI took the gas 7/8. I drove the truck for less than 30 miles for 7 hours. I did not put gas when I returned as the lady said 4 or 5 per gallon.. I got charged 39$. I work for car rental at the airport. I know how this works. You can't charge me for 10 gallons for 30 miles of driving.. I hope it's an honest mistake.

Gustavo BArrived, had to complete check-in via app and re-submit my driver's license, etc. because the door was locked with a sign that read Manager on Duty-Be Back in a Few Minutes. At this point, I am corresponding with someone in the office but still do not see anyone. In chat was asked to provide a contact who could verify my identity, which I did. It was my daughter, who was standing right there with me. Someone called to verify, then received notice that the keys were in the truck. After thoroughly looking through the truck to find keys, which there were none, we started knocking on the front door. Again, no response. We finally decided to reach out to Customer Service, do not know what happened then but the Manager finally emerged from the back office (which we could see from the front windows - about 10 feet away) opened the doors, took us to the desk and handed us the keys. After being a long time UHual customer, I have been renting trucks over the last 10 years moving my children to college, to new apartments, etc. I was really disappointed in the constant questioning my identity and total lack of customer service. I may need to look for other moving companies to rent from in the future.

Consuelo MThe receptionist first told me the truck had problems and was not available she then turns it on to tell me it fine but when I drive it I was scared to drive it as it makes concerning noises, chokes and feels as if it would turn off. I advised her upon returning not to rent that truck to anyone. I would like my money back for that major inconvenience as I’m schooled I was charged after that scare

Alexis OFound the location to be very convenient based on my one-way move requirements. I appreciate the 1 month of storage offered by U-Haul and think it is a great benefit. However, I found that I did not need storage for this particular move.

German CThe dolly should be free to use without being charged a fee. Also no one ever answers the phone l. It is very difficult to get anyone in the phone. Storage is pretty expensive
