How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is the best location we've used in the last 50 years of renting trucks for moving our furniture or our families.
Dennis SGreat experience. Very seamless and easy!
RYAN DI made a reservation to pick up at 3, I show up a few minutes early, there was a sign on door that they were closed for lunch. I didn’t get my rental till 330. When you have things scheduled and people helping you this is an inconvenience. If the location is opened 10-530 the employee should have someone cover while they are at lunch not closed the entire location. I would not use this location again.
Shirley MAgent has no customer service skills. Hour of Operation not followed. Charges incorrect.
