MIDGLADIS BAlthough I did not meet with any personnel, the instructions to drop off the truck and key were clear.
PATRICIA CWithin the Uhaul app, I wanted to select that the cargo van was dirty, but the app "conveniently kept freezing" until I selected that it was clean. The cargo van was dirty and had ants. The right rear tire was low on air. I had to scour the Melbourne, FL area for a gas station where I could put more than 70PSI of air into the tire, since it requires 80PSI. When returning the van, the staff seemed like they did not even care to talk to me. They had a lazy attitude.

MAYELIS BThe staff member was professional. She came out and re”X”ed some dings on the truck with a sticker to show some scratches we’re not from my renting of the 20 ft truck. I rented it for 24 hours but returned within 8 hours after my in town move. There is a key drop box which we used. Ty for this experience
JESSE SI opted for mobile check in but still had to go inside and grab the key. There were three U-hauls parkkd out front, none of which were my rental. I not only had to get the key from inside the office but then I had to go into the actual storage area to get the vehicle. When I finally got inside it only had 1/4 tanks of gas and was dusty, dirty, and the seats were greast. The check in process on the app was the best part of my experience.

WILMER GI took the gas 7/8. I drove the truck for less than 30 miles for 7 hours. I did not put gas when I returned as the lady said 4 or 5 per gallon.. I got charged 39$. I work for car rental at the airport. I know how this works. You can't charge me for 10 gallons for 30 miles of driving.. I hope it's an honest mistake.

Victor aToo expensive, plus 3 days after you guys charge me 10$ buck from my card, I got the truck for 30 minutes. In toral I pay 48$ dollars just for 30 minutes🤦🏽♂️ Not good U-Haul.
