Excellent service and quite fast. The only issue was the fact that on the back of the truck I rented, upper left corner behind driver side, it was a strong rainy day and there was a leak that damaged a seat I had in that section. Other than that, I really liked this location.Miguel Omar R.

The truck was dirty, but considering I just needed to haul stuff it was alright. Anyone who wants clean will have to go somewhere else. They close at two, which I didn't know, I checked the truck out at 1:30 and I wasn't told anything. First Uhaul place I have been to that closed that early. The mirrors were not adjustable, the steering wheel of the truck was not aligned correctly. This makes the ride on such a truck to be unsafeMYKOLA I.

I received the worse customer service of my life by the GM Martha. It wasn't about the one way vs in town or not having the equipment to do it. Her attitude was sarcastic, condescending and rude. We showed zero empathy and lacked customer service skills and the desire to help a customer to a way that was savagely cruel. I wished I had the prÃ©nsense of mind to have recorded her. I've been trying to reach someone to tell them about my experience and I don't get any call back or reach anyoneâ€¦. and besides getting a 50 credit which truly doesnt matter. The way this woman treated me deserves to be known!MARTAMARIA D.
The staff at this location were awesome. I was looking to extend my rental and called the national Uhaul and the local traffic office before calling my local office. Both the National and local traffic office at 4072409982 we're no help at all and honestly pretty rude. If not for the great team at the compass storage office I'd most likely hesitate to rent from Uhaul again.James R.

The single clerk appeared to be leaving when I arrived 15v minutes before my reserved time. Although I reserved a dozen blankets only 6 were available. I had to carry the blankets and a dolly I reserved out to the truck. When I returned the truck within the office's posted hours, I found a sign on the door indicating that the clerk would return in 20 minutes. This was a marked contrast from my recent experience at the nearby Orange Blossom Trail location.Philip P.

Online App was not very functional, had a lot of trouble trying to get through their rental process.. but finally after completing, I picked up the truck on a the rainiest day of the week and while getting on the Florida turnpike found out that the wipers weren't working and also needed an alignment because it kept going to the right.. . which killed the whole reason behind getting the truck to begin with...found myself in a very dangerous position driving without wipers and swerving on a rainy day was pretty hazardous...kept calling uhual and received no resolution. The truck was inoperable! and should have been inspected prior to renting it out... totally disappoint...really bad business. would not recommend at all.Jennifer R.

The online pick up was a little cumbersome. They wanted drivers license pictures of me and the other driver. Sitting in the car with bright sun shining it was difficult to get clear legible pictures. They gave us 2 chances but still weren't satisfied with the pictures. We had to start the process over to get another chance. At this point we had learned and were able to get clearer pictures. If I had it to do over I would have done this ahead of time. Other than that it went fairly smoothly.Jacquelyn S.

Actually provide assistance in hooking equipment up if person is unfamiliar. No pictures were taken for evidence. I had to go to another location for assistance and the other location did not hook up the equipment either.Juan D.
Engine light was on in the vehicle. When inquiring about it I was told â€œit should be fine no one reported any issuesâ€. But it there were I could call customer service. I had to call customer service literally from the office to make sure it was documented on the account & they gave me the number for roadside assistance. Just in case. The the hand truck wasn't in the truck so I had to go back in for that. At my pickup time I had to wait to resolve these two issues until after the person returned from lunch. Also the digital process is ridiculous that I had to wait for all of the authorization process to be completed while I'm standing outside wasting time instead of all of that happening prior to my arrival.Jodie G.

The truck wasn't inspected before renting it out to me. One of the headlights is out and the truck steering column is off extremely. Then they charge me $14.00 + for gas when I have proof that I returned the truck with the same fuel amount as marked on the contract. I will definitely be going to the office to see about this matter and will contact better business office too.JENNY N.

You can stop scamming people with mileage. You undercut both times I got an estimate by 10-15 miles. I was told you give people 20% over what they need. That's garbage. The truck I picked up had 47410 but report shows 47407. I told the lady when I picked it up that it wouldn't make it to my location without me going 15-20 miles over. And that when I got a quote from Tampa much further it did the same thing. It shorted my by roughly 15 miles. So she added 15 miles. I told her that's not going to make it she just said ok. So I drive directly from the pick up to drop off. Didn't make a single side stop. I was roughly 5 miles over. Then that location was full. So I was told I had to take it to another location 3-4 miles away. I told the guy this and he said no problem I won't be charged for the extra mileage. Then I get the bill and sure enough I'm charged. Also he's lying about the gas gauge. I filled up the truck to the full mark. He's putting it below the full mark. I wasn't charged any extra fuel but still not even getting any credit for that. It's a total scam how you set your mileage. It didn't matter where I rented the truck from I would be shorted 10-15 miles each time. What a scam.Roberts A.
Couldn't do on-line check-in at this location, so I had to wait for an employee to arrive. I had scheduled my pick-up before they opened. So that was annoying. Then when the employee got there, it took even more time to check me in. THEN, they didn't have a dolly which I reserved. Why did the Web-site say they had a dolly?
