The AC didn't work the first 20 mins we had it and a tech had to come out and do something about the fuses.

Geneve PUHaul can warn folks getting trailers that when the trailer is loaded, you cannot pick up the distal end of the tongue. It weighs too much and it is not mentioned in the videos. You will need to either go to Home Depot at 9:55pm and run around to get a scissor jack or you will need to wait until the next morning. Whatever you do, don't think you can pick up the tongue to attach it to your truck. The videos must be showing an empty trailer being attached. If you put 60% of the weight in front of the fulcrum (the axle), that weight at the distal (furthest end, with the ball connecter) will be very large. You either need to get a bunch of friends to stand on the back ledge, or get a scissor jack to lift the dead weight.

Amanda GThe place is poorly lit after dark for after hours drop-off. I filled the 26’ foot truck to the exact fuel level it displayed when I picked it up, and explained to the worker there that she should sit in the seat and allow the vehicle to run for a few seconds before assessing the fuel level, but she stated that the fuel level was slightly off where I viewed it. And, thus I had to pay the fuel refill cost. I collected all of the trash inside that truck and left it in a plastic bag on the floor of the truck, as it was dark in their parking lot and I saw no outside garage can. That worker responded that I should have taken the trash bag with me, even though I cleaned the truck only leaving a plastic bag of gathered trash to be discarded.
NAPOLEON MAfter calling to change return location arrived and person advised could not return to them. Call customer service and changed return to after hours facility. Was charged $20 fee for this, kind of runs me the wrong way.
