It was fine for me because they were the only location that has the trailer size I needed. I would probably not recommend it to a friend because UHaul rental seems to be a small, side business for them and and it's not in a real convenient location. Also, the trailer was kept in a gravel lot that was a rough ride getting in and out of.Donald K.
He said they dont unhook the trailers. You do it yourself. Do everything yourself. He didn't go out of his way. They're mainly car repair.Dianna G.

The guys at complete auto care were very professional. Only problem with the experience was while driving at speeds from 40-55 mph there was a significant vibration/bouncing on the trailer.Patrick L.

Rude, would not answer simple questions politely; not the least bit willing to put forth any effort; would not help customer hook up trailer - it was pouring rain and the attendant just stood and watched. Not only would we never use this location again but would warn others not to as well.matthew F.

Well returned it on time. Got an email 2 days latter saying I never returned it. Turn it in before time and with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Over charged me. And in doing so over drew my bank account. So thank you. I will not ever use U-haul again and I will tell everyone I know what has happened. This is crazy and when I call they tell me well we will call me back. Still waiting on a call back. And trying to figure still why they charged me almost a 100.00!Jessica L.
I was originally scheduled to drop off at Warsaw. However I found out about this location in Walton. He was very friendly and got me pulled up on the computer and had me done quickly. Highly recommend using this location.BEVERLY B.
The man who checked us out was super nice and helpful. He made returning the Uhaul a breeze. There was actually a sign that said Uhaul rentals so it was easy to spot.Marissa D.

They could walk out with the customer and hook up the equipment. They need to retest on U-Haul procedures of hooking the equipment to the customers vehicle to make sure all lights are properly working. which I had to play with to get working.Jerri G.

The location was closed and the gate locked when I arrived. 24-hour dropoff was available, but the location where vehicles were to be returned was next door to the building where the return box was located. This required me to walk through the mud, and climb over the fence in order to return the key.David J.
While this location was great, it was not the one that I requested for pickup and made my reservation with...I did not realize I'd have to travel here until I got to other location to pickup my tow dolly and was looked at like I was lying...because they had no clue what I was talking about. I hate drive twenty minute here, twenty minutes back home before I could even start my day...the day I planned out in advanced...where uhaul was to be my first stop.this error made me use to reschedule the rest of my appointments causing a great deal of embarrassment on my part. I was on the phone all morning and afternoon asking others to move their schedule around to make room for me because of this mistake. I was extremely disappointed. With all that said...the people at this location were very kind and knowledgeable and helped with hookup. I would recommend renting from this location...I would just check and double check that the reservation you've requested and been granted is actually in existence before traveling there to get it, but this wasn't this places fault, was the company or he website for the company maybe...fault.Melissa N.

Returned after hours on Sunday, spoke with a gentleman on the phone who was courteous ... storage location of trailers was similar to what I've seen in third World countries,... looked like a junk yard with no locks on lot, no locks on trailer hitches... very concerning if you want to protect your inventory...CHRIS O.

I had an emergency on the highway and called the closest dealer. She found the equipment that I needed and reserved it for me. The lady even gave me directions to Complete Auto. At Complete Auto the guys were quite busy but they took care of me in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with the service I received from them.Tony W.

Location was closed on Saturday at 2:00. Was not able to actually get the truck onto the lot. They did have just enough room to pull the truck into the drive and get it out of the road. Drop box was a little hard to find, but was out in the open, just not by the door where one would expect it. Plenty easy enough to get to.CONNIE M.

Well the roof leeked ! got half my load wet .the fuel report was wrong ! I payed for more fuel than what was in it and it was dirty.as far as u-haul ive never had that experience with them and not sure if I would ever use them agail from a business other than a u-haul dealerWILLIAM G.

Oil cap missing, oil level 2 quarts low. Power steering resevoir empty and leaking. Engine mount sway bar disconnected with 4 nuts finger tight. Strong ani-freeze odor. Winshield inside so dirty night time vision obstructed.TERRY N.
