This was a very rural location. Dirt lot, poor signage, I was disappointed in the fact we had to drive 85 miles to pick up a tow vehicle and 85 miles back.

A trailer tongue jack would be extremely helpful with mounting trailer to the hitch, a 6x12 is heavy.
