Earl SI had one issue as I was charged $7.00 for a dolly, which had been left in the truck when I picked it up. I had brought my own dolly to use and never used the dolly from the truck.

JOSEPH RThe older guy very rude. The son was friendly but didn’t know what he was doing. He rented us a uhaul but only rented it for one day and a one way rental which wasn’t correct. Called him after seen receipt in email because didn’t give us one because they were out of ink they said. Had to go back in so he could try to fix it for two days bringing back to this location. By doing this he didn’t credit the full amount from the original transaction. Went back in and the older guy was so rude and said he couldn’t do anything and to leave because he wasn’t going to explain the situation again. Was told to call the main Uhaul number and maybe they would help but not before the 5 days were up since the return of the rental. Never had a problem with Uhaul before until this location. I would recommend driving to Yucca Valley worth it in the long run and treated like you should be.
Carl KI have used this company for aprox 20 years. As long as I am in this region I will continue to use this local company. I consistently refer people to U-Haul \ computer zone. 5 ⭐ star business! Matt is exceptional at customer service support.

MATTHEW BI wasn’t aware that returning the vehicle after hours needed me to do something online in addition to parking and dropping off the key. It would’ve been nice to have been told so ahead of time. Also, when getting the vehicle I said it could be 1-3 days, they said they would do a holding charge for 3 and if it was returned early the amount would be reduced. I am still pending the full 3 day charge as of now.

Victor HThe "owner" was extremely rude to the customers in line ahead of me. He came out of the back of the store, wearing a ScoobyDoo T-Shirt looking very unprofessional, and told two waiting customers to get out of his way and away from the counter in a very aggressive and rude manner. When I was finally seen, his employee was checking-in my vehicle, and the owner was very rude and dismissive of me. I simply asked if I needed to do anything else and wanted to wait for my receipt. Instead he told me to leave, saying "if you filled up the gas to the amount on your contract, we can't charge you, so just leave". Because of the unprofessional, aggressive, and rude behavior of the "owner", I would NEVER recommend this U-Haul location to anyone. As a branded business, I suggest looking into this dealer, and I would recommend his franchise be revoked before he damages your company reputation further.

Melissa Bthe gentlemen that works here is never at the desk. and never answers the phone. i left my keys there, and it took me calling corporate to get ahold of someone at this location. this person never called me the next day to get my keys either. as well, they park the uhauls too close together that i had to get in through the passenger door

Danielle HI hate this place the truck was filthy and we had nothing but problems with the truck and because of those problems it put us behind 2day and we could exchange it because they didn't have another one.Then when I went to check out put in $35 in gas the gas station was next door to the uhaul when I returned the truck the guy was running the truck and I asked him why was he running the truck and when I got my bill I was charged $30 fuel service and $14 for gas in the history of me renting uhauls ive never returned a truck without put gas in it do you know why because I'm not stupid enough to get charged $30for fuel service and triple the gas price

Karl GInitial payment at location was twice what was quoted on website. Uhaul needs to include any default estimate of mileage in the original quote, so customer is not taken by surprise. Return did not work on App, so had to just leave the keys.

Rosa HThis is the only choice I have for where im located. The truck had a check engine light and ran really rough. Previously, ive gotten trucks with very low miles and a decent amount of miles. This truck had over 130000 miles, had very hot oil temperature, struggled up hill, and overall just sounded like it was dying. Additionally, the truck was given to me at 7/8 tank, when i was told that it was full and to return it full. If i return to vehicle with more gas than it cane with, i feel as if i should be getting some sort of compensation. Especially when fuel in my area is within a range of 4.90 to 5.20.
Damien DEverything is fine with the right person at the desk. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case for this transaction that should not have been charged, as I did not use their services twice in a day.
