How U-Haul Reviews WorkGuy explained mixup to me although no discount was applied. Other then that it was good.
ERIC bRegardless of self service of not if the pick up is during operational hours and a customer needs help they should be able to get it without being talked to like they are an inconvenience and incompetent. Customer service when I call was amazing Ashely was super helpful. In-person staff not so much
Amanda HThere was a hole drilled in the side of the gas tank and I was still made to drive it. I did get a refund, but it was one of the most stressful situations especially while moving with a deadline.
TRAVIS KIn all, honestly, I feel that you guys nailed it at both locations you guys Had very knowledgeable people behind the counter and don’t get me started with your app. The app is awesome I give it five stars.
