Regardless of self service of not if the pick up is during operational hours and a customer needs help they should be able to get it without being talked to like they are an inconvenience and incompetent. Customer service when I call was amazing Ashely was super helpful. In-person staff not so much

There was a hole drilled in the side of the gas tank and I was still made to drive it. I did get a refund, but it was one of the most stressful situations especially while moving with a deadline.
