Not Computor Zone’s fault-the trailer door had to be manipulated for 2-3 minutes each time by pulling up hard and jiggling the strap to open it. May need to be refurbished. Corporate feedback: >3hr wait to get trailer because of site outage. Computor zone was courteous and provided updates. Tough when movers payed by the hour are waiting at my door. A back up solution ie paper agreement which is documented later would save customers time and money. Thank you for considering.

This was the only location available in the area. The truck was dirty inside when I picked up. I swept it out for them before I dropped it off. When I arrived to drop off I couldn’t find the person working. When I told him why I was there he took the keys and barely said a word to me. When I picked up the guy working was having a hard time with his computer. Every third word he said was a cuss word. When he looked at the keys he said “wel, this isn’t the best truck we have but it’s also not the worst “ I turned the truck in early but they marked that I had it until the next morning. I was not impressed with this location but didn’t have a choice since it was the only rental location in 29Palms.

MARINA MThe trailer the tires was good all the lights worked generally, the trailer was in good shape. It just had a crack on the right rear wheel weld that was completely broken into. Also, the trailer was swept out, but it had grease stain’s and hard dirt buildup so I degreased the trailer and scraped out the dirt and returned it clean. And the dirty area was less than 10% of the trailer floor.Thank you.

I reserved a 20 ft uhaul and when I arrived he told me my pick up was in Yucca valley which did not work for me since we were in a time crunch and that was 30 minutes away. He said that I was notified and when I told him I was not he was able to look back at the notes and was able to verify that I was not notified of the change. He asked what I was moving and he said a 15 ft would accommodate my move and I was able to get that at this location. Very happy with his help.

FERNANDO PThe Uhaul was given to me dirty the inside of where I sat was completely covered in mid. and I had to cancel my reservation a few times because it’s located where a flood starts when it was raining it here then my car almost got stuck and I almost fell few times because of the mud.

VICTOR HArrived early and left late. Had received a call the day prior from the person at this location to confirm my blanket and dolly, and said they would be in the truck and keys would be in lock box since I was picking up before store hours. I arrived and had to wait until they opened 45 mins later because the blankets were not in the truck and my truck had the back door open in this desert lot; which filled the trailer with dirt. Being late to my appointment already I asked if they had a blower to blow out the dirt from the trailer to which I was just handed one. Would not recommend

Carl HI rented a auto transport trailer one way from 29 palms CA, to San Diego CA, One way witch is three hour drive and was charged two day rental. I feel that I was over charged .

ALBERT OEmployee was lazy after we informed him that the app was not working all he did was give the key to truck without doing a walk thru. Tank was at half a tank and returned at half a tank. Employee didn’t want to do a walk thru of the truck when returned and is then charged that tank was at 5/6 when checked out. This is untrue and I feel like this employee is scamming people. Also the facility smelt of cat urine and employee was too involved with his video games to do his job. If I was willing to put gas in the truck before returning it why wouldn’t I put it to where it was when I picked it up? When called to ask why we were charged he stated because gas wasn’t where it was when the truck left. I told him that it was and without even wanting to look at the account he was like no it wasn’t. How would you know what we’re talking about without looking at the account. Very unprofessional person you have working for U-Haul.

GEOFFREY MI would like for more instructions from the uhaul tech on how to poperly use the car dolly. They just hooked it up and go and I had to youtube the procedure to make sure I got it right.
