The gas tank was not full at pick up. I went back inside to tell the check out person and he told me he knew and that it would be reflected on my paperwork. He said the paperwork would be emailed to me so I had no way to check prior to driving away. When I got paperwork, it said the tank was full which was not true. Very frustrating considering I picked up the truck at a gas station !!!!

stephen lWhile this location is conveniently located right off I-90, it is in a really sketchy part of Spokane. That's no fault of the owner, but it is not a place I'd stop at by choice. The shop personnel was helpful and nice. After the truck was loaded, I had a hard time getting it to start. The only light that was on was the cargo light intermittently. I believe it's b/c it had sat on the lot for a while without having been driven. Once I had gone 70 + miles, it started up just fine.

Ashley SFirst, I was passed along to 3 other locations because you didn't have the truck I reserved a month earlier. Then... This location is a service station. The clerk had no idea how to get the truck. So I used app. However, my credit card transaction was declined multiple times, on multiple cards. I called customer service and the very nice person spent 1.5 hours on the phone with me and the station owner until she finally found out that this owner had a known issue with their Merchant ID and that was causing the problem. Because of the delay, I lost my movers, missed my family's departure, and had to spend another night in town.
