Unfortunately pickup location was changed and was far away and very inconvenient, fortunately we were able to drive . Our son would not have been able to get there. Original pickup location was walking distance.Windshield wiper needed replacement as we found out when it started rainingStuart B.
Although the location was nice, mobile pick up was a disaster. The location was closed so no one local could help. I called head office, even she couldn't get it sorted. The person she transferred me too couldn't get it figured out. We ended up using a different browser on some one else's phone and over an hour later we got it working.Lance B.

I was extremely frustrated with the pick up process when it came to disputing the condition of the truck. The process was straight forward but it delayed my departure by quite a while because the pictures I took wouldn't upload. There wasn't an issue when I returned the truck so obviously it was an issue on your end. The process wouldn't complete so I tried calling but being put on hold because of high callmvolume only led to further delays and more frustration. My departure was delayed by at least an hour. This is my second long haul trip to Huntsville, Ontario. I don't remember the very high cost the first time I rented from U-haul. Sticker shock would be an understatement. The staff at this location were very friendly on the phone when I called to speak to them. Is there perhaps a discount for retired or active Canadian Military members that can be applied?Don R.
Moved drop off to this location but it was not updated and was told I was in the wrong place. Wasted 30 minutes sorting it out. Customer service issue not this location. 3rd rental in 6 weeks. By far the worstantony S.
