No absolutrly not !!! I reserved my moving equipment in February for a move scheduled in July. The day before the move, an agent called to inform me that the equipment would not be available at my selected pickup location, but instead at a location one hour away. I was promised a discounted rate to compensate for the inconvenience. However, this agreement was not honored, and no notes were left in my file. I ended up paying over $1,000 for a truck that was nearly empty on fuel and missing all the reserved equipment (moving blankets and an appliance dolly). I highly advise against using this company.

The truck was not good. Bad smell in the driver cabin. Truck very old. Brakes are weak. Suspension very bad. When i took the truck the tank was almost empty less than 1/8. I had issue to inderstand the agent. His french was not clear.
BILEL SThe customer service and the reservation was great but the location place was average. There was a language barrier and I am glad I took a picture of the fuel level right before I left with the truck because he told me that it was below what it should be. It was not!
koceila mLa carte de crédit ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai du payé 100$ de dépôt qui totalise 1018$. J'ai réservé couvertures et dollie et on me dit il n'y a pas. Quand tu déménages sans dollie c'est difficile et tu es dans le petrain. On etait deux monsieur et nous deux notre carte ne fonctionnait pas. On fait les reservations pourquoi si ce n'est pas avoir le service

Le matériel qui m'a été fourni n'était absolument pas propre et manquait visiblement d'entretien.En raison de ce manque de professionnalisme et de la mauvaise qualité du service, je ne recommanderai en aucun cas cet endroit à mon entourage. J'espère que vous prendrez les mesures nécessaires pour améliorer l'état de votre flotte et l'accueil des clients.
