I would have appreciated the opportunity to complete the check-in process (including authentication/verification) before arriving to the location. Specific instructions would have also been very helpful, rather than having to rely on a gas station attendant who was very friendly but who didn’t know much about the process. This (and problems with the app) caused significant delays in both initiating and returning the rental. I won’t be using a ride share location like this in the future.
