Passenger side floor covered with mud, inside door compartments had trash and a kid's toy. Driver's side door did not seal and at any speed over 35mph loud wind noise, braking over 50 mph had a shake in the front end. For 68,000 miles you would expect a truck to be in better condition. I love the deli, but will get a uhaul from a different location.David R.

This location was fine, but from what I heard uhaul central was having problems with payment processing. I heard several uhaul locations in the area were down. UHAUL central needs to improve their payment processing systems. Peak demand should not shut down all payment processing. Get your stuff together UHAUL central.Melissa L.

It is really unfortunate that u-Haul does not offer any senior discount or AAA, during this time it sure would have been nice, Penske really helped us with half the price, and for that reason we will be going to Penske from now on.Donna H.

I reserved and was checked out for a 20' truck which would have costs 88$. As we were getting ready to leave the owner came out to say that was the wrong truck and ours had not arrived yet but to come inside and he'd "take care of us". It did not seem as if another truck would be available. One person wasn't bringing it back until 530pm. We got there at 11:15 and at noon I suggested that we instead just take the smaller truck and if a second trip was required that we just wouldn't pay the mileage. He said that would be fine. When I called at 7pm to say that because of the mix up we got stuck in the rain and did have to make a second trip so would be late he said again that this was no problem. I returned the truck at 11am the next day, and ended up getting stuck paying for the mileage, but was told I got a deal because I wasn't charged for a second day. There was another same size truck out front so my returning it less than 24 hours later didn't screw anyone else up so not paying for a second day was no favor. Long story short, i ended up paying 10$ more plus the extra gas than I would have for the larger truck. Not to mention the inconvenience of making 2 trips, and getting stuck in bad weather because of the 45 mins that was spent in the store.Holly W.
Unfortunately the location where I chose to pick up the uhaul did not have the truck size I requested. I had to drive an extra 10 miles to pick up a truck. The store processor who handled the transaction was courteous and nice,Clayton F.
Nothing, this location and staff were amazing! Very fast, professional, prepared and helpful. Literally only took 15 minutes and I was off in the rental truck, wasted no time waiting on paperwork, mileage or anything. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for uhaul equipment!Tammy W.

I put gas in and it was where it was supposed to be and I was charged for 2 gallons of gas at $4.00 a gallon and that was horrible! Gas price is 2.77 a gal. and when I told the man at the location that I will take the truck and put 2 more gallons in, he said he already put it through to uhaul, that was wrong!!!!!I should be refunded $8.00 as far as im concerned.Brigitte H.

When I made my reservation it was made and confirmed for a location closer to my overall moving destinations. However a short time after initial confirmation the pickup and drop off location was change by uhaul which increase the milage for me. This is upsetting considering I had to pay .99$ a mile and no mileage included in rental agreement!! This may change who I choose to rent a truck from for my upcoming needsRob H.
